UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 2B10 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the UGT2B10 gene. ^{[5] [6]} It is responsible for glucuronidation of nicotine and cotinine. ^{[7] [8]} Due to common hypomorphic alleles of UGT2B10, glucuronidation contributes relatively little to nicotine metabolism in most people. ^[9]
