History
During the early- and mid-1970s, WXLM was an easy listening station. In September 1977, the station flipped to Album Rock in response to WTOC starting a highly successful overnight album rock program in 1976. Before this, Savannah had been without a rock station since WEAS-FM flipped in the early 1970s. 97.3 went by the name 97 Rock with the call sign WXLM. In 1980, the station flipped to Adult Contemporary known as WAEV ("Wave 97").
When WXLM left the air, Savannah did not have a rock station until WIXV picked up the format in 1986. The station evolved into a Hot AC station as Mix 97.3 in 1993. After several years of falling numbers and revenue in the early 2000s, the station rebranded to Clear Channel's Top 40 Kiss FM format in December 2001. After several months of further format "tweaking", the station moved into a more mainstream mix of music than most other Kiss-branded stations.
WSRV – branded 97.1 The River – is a commercial radio station licensed to Gainesville, Georgia, and serving Metro Atlanta. It is owned by the Cox Media Group. WSRV broadcasts a classic rock radio format. The studios and offices are in the Cox Television and Radio Facility on West Peachtree Street near the Brookwood neighborhood of Atlanta.

KWID is a commercial radio station that is licensed to Las Vegas, Nevada. The station is owned by Lotus Communications and broadcasts a Spanish-language adult hits format. The KWID studios are located in the unincorporated community of Spring Valley in Clark County and its transmitter is on Black Mountain in Henderson.
WXLY is a commercial radio station licensed to North Charleston, South Carolina, and serving the Charleston metropolitan area and South Carolina Lowcountry. Owned by iHeartMedia, Inc., the station airs an adult contemporary radio format using the brand name Y102.5 and the slogan "Better Music For A Better Workday." For much of November and December, it switches to all-Christmas music. The radio studios and offices are on Houston Northcutt Boulevard in Mount Pleasant.
KTBT is a Top 40 (CHR) radio station, serving the Tulsa area. The iHeartMedia outlet broadcasts with an ERP of 27 kW and is licensed to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The station can be heard as far north as southeast Kansas. Its studios are located at the Tulsa Event Center in Southeast Tulsa and its transmitter site is near Lookout Mountain in southwest Tulsa.
WSGA, known as "92.3 Thunder Country", is a country music radio station targeted towards Savannah, Georgia. It is owned by Richard Pope, through licensee WRGO-FM Radio LLC. The call sign and format were on its sister station WTHG, which flipped to a classic rock format in late April 2006. On March 31, 2008, 92.3 flipped from "Freedom 92-3".
