Yohannah Ahmed Audu [1] is an Anglican bishop in Nigeria: [2] a former Archdeacon he is the current Bishop of Damaturu, [3] one of ten dioceses within the Anglican Province of Jos, itself one of 14 provinces within the Church of Nigeria. [4]

He was consecrated on 7th May 2017 and enthroned as the 3rd Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Damaturu on the 18th of June 2017. He has seven children. Five boys and two girls.

Adeniyi was the pioneer Bishop of Egba Diocese when it was created in 1976. On his retirement aged 70 in 1979, he was succeeded by Titus Ilori Akintayo, who served from 1980 until 1994. On his retirement, he was in turn succeeded by Matthew Oluremi Owadayo. Adekunle has been the Bishop since 2009.
