Independent Community & Health Concern, abbr.ICHC, was a political party based in Kidderminster, United Kingdom. The party was founded in 2000, having grown out of the campaign to restore the casualty unit at Kidderminster Hospital. Since 2015 it has successfully contested local elections within the Wyre Forest local government area, which includes Kidderminster. The party was deregistered on 9 November 2023.
Bromsgrove is a local government district in north-east Worcestershire, England. It is named after its only town, Bromsgrove, where its council is based, but also includes several villages and surrounding rural areas. It borders the built-up area of Birmingham to the north. Other places in the district include Alvechurch, Aston Fields, Belbroughton, Catshill, Clent, Hagley, Rubery, Stoke Prior and Wythall. The population at the 2021 census was 99,475.

John-Paul Campion is an English politician and the current Police and Crime Commissioner for the West Mercia region, representing the Conservative Party. He was elected to the post in 2016. Prior to his election as Police and Crime Commissioner, Campion worked for HM Prison Service as a contractors escort, and served as leader of Wyre Forest District Council.

All 57 councillors were elected from 53 electoral divisions which returned either one or two county councillors each by first-past-the-post voting for a four-year term of office. The Conservatives extended their majority in the council, gaining ten seats, largely at the expense of Labour and UKIP, who lost six seats between them; the Conservative majority increased from one seat to eleven. The number of seats for the Liberal Democrats and Green remained the same, with the Conservatives gaining the remaining five seats from independent politicians and candidates from smaller parties. The Conservatives lost one seat, Alvechurch, to an independent. The Liberals lost their only seat, St Chads in the Wyre Forest district, after they decided not to field any candidates; the Liberal Democrats held the seat, however. UKIP lost all their seats in this election to the Conservatives.
