The Deutsche Bank Building was a 39-story office building located at 130 Liberty Street in Manhattan, New York City, adjacent to the World Trade Center site. The building opened in 1974 and closed following the September 11 attacks in 2001, due to contamination that spread from the collapse of the South Tower. The structure was designed by Shreve, Lamb & Harmon, which also designed the Empire State Building.
Enrique Norten Rosenfeld, Hon. FAIA, is a Mexican architect and principal of the design firm TEN Arquitectos. Norten was born in Mexico City in 1954 where he graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana with a degree in architecture in 1978. He obtained a Master of Architecture from Cornell University in 1980. In 1986, he founded TEN Arquitectos in Mexico City, initiating a lifelong commitment to architecture and design.
The Lincoln Square Synagogue is a Modern Orthodox congregation and synagogue located at 180 Amsterdam Avenue between West 68th and 69th Streets in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City.
The Villard Houses are a set of former residences at 451–457 Madison Avenue in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. Designed by the architect Joseph Morrill Wells of McKim, Mead & White in the Renaissance Revival style, the residences were erected in 1884 for railroad magnate Henry Villard. Preserved as a historic landmark, the houses comprise a portion of the Lotte New York Palace Hotel, whose main tower is to the east. The residences are New York City designated landmarks and are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, also known as 30 Park Place, is a hotel and residential skyscraper in Tribeca, Manhattan, New York City. At 926 feet (282 m), the tower is one of the tallest residential buildings in Lower Manhattan. The top floors of the 82-story building, known as the Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown, have 157 residences, ranging from one to six bedrooms, all reached through a dedicated residential lobby at 30 Park Place. Below is a 189-room Four Seasons Hotel, with its own lobby on Barclay Street, which opened in September 2016.
Hudson Greene is an apartment complex in Jersey City, New Jersey which consists two towers, the East Tower at 77 Hudson Street, which are condominiums, and the West Tower at 70 Greene Street, which are rental apartments. Both have 48 floors and are 500 ft (152m) tall. They are tied with each other for 16th tallest building in Jersey City. Construction on the towers began on June 25, 2006, and was completed in 2009 and 2010. The East Tower at 77 Hudson Street has 420 residences and 19,000 square feet (1,800 m2) of street-level retail space. The building was designed by the architectural firm CetraRuddy.
The Broad Exchange Building, also known as 25 Broad Street, is a residential building at Exchange Place and Broad Street in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. The 20-story building was designed by Clinton & Russell and built between 1900 and 1902. The Alliance Realty Company developed the Broad Exchange Building as a speculative development for office tenants.
W New York - Downtown Hotel and Residences is a 630-foot-tall building (190 m) at 8 Albany Street in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. The 58-story building was completed in 2010, and is tied with two other buildings, Home Insurance Plaza and the W.R. Grace Building as the 106th tallest building in New York. It is divided between a 217-room hotel, on floors 5-22, and 223 luxury residential condominiums, on floors 23–56, with lobbies for both on floors 1–4. There is a residential observation deck on the 57th floor, with views of the Hudson River, and a terrace on the 58th floor with panoramic views of lower Manhattan.
Church Missions House is a historic building at Park Avenue South and East 22nd Street in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Part of an area once known as "Charity Row", the building was designed by Robert W. Gibson and Edward J. Neville Stent, with a steel structure and medieval-inspired facade. The design was inspired by the town halls of Haarlem and medieval Amsterdam. Church Missions House is so named because it was the headquarters of the Episcopal Church's Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society for much of the 20th century.

1717 Broadway is a skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. At 750 feet (230 m) high, it is the tallest hotel in North America. The building contains two hotels, the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Central Park below the 35th floor and the Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park on floors 35 and higher, with a total of 639 rooms. The glass-clad building is on the northwest corner of 54th Street and Broadway.
MiMA, a stylized abbreviation of "Middle of Manhattan", is a mixed-use building located at 450 West 42nd Street between Dyer and 10th Avenues in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Ground was broken in 2007 and topping out occurred in early August 2010. It was designed by the Miami-based architecture firm of Arquitectonica, and has 43 floors of luxury rentals on floors 7 to 50, twelve floors of condominiums on floors 51 to 63, and a Yotel hotel on the lower levels. At 638 feet, it is the 101st tallest building in New York.
5 Beekman Street is a building in the Financial District of Manhattan in New York City, United States. It is composed of the 10-story, 150-foot-tall (46 m) Temple Court Building and Annex and a connected 51-story, 687-foot-tall (209 m) condominium tower called the Beekman Residences, which contains 68 residential units. The 287-unit The Beekman, a Thompson Hotel, also known as The Beekman Hotel, occupies all three structures.
45 Broad Street is a residential building being constructed in the Financial District of Manhattan in New York City. The building was originally planned as Lower Manhattan's tallest residential tower. Excavation started in 2017, but as of 2020, construction is on hold.
10 West 56th Street is a commercial building in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. It is along 56th Street's southern sidewalk between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue. The six-story building was designed by Warren and Wetmore in the French Renaissance Revival style. It was constructed in 1901 as a private residence, one of several on 56th Street's "Bankers' Row".
ARO is a rental luxury apartment skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. It is located on 242 West 53rd Street, the former site of the Roseland Ballroom. It was designed by CetraRuddy. Construction began in 2015 and was completed in 2018; it started leasing in October 2018.
30 East 29th Street is a residential skyscraper in the Rose Hill neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. The 605-foot-tall tower is 45 stories and contains 123 condominiums. The tower was developed by the Rockefeller Group and designed by the architecture firm CetraRuddy. It is the Rockefeller Group's first residential project.
