Cassa Hotel & Residences is a 48-story building at 70 West 45th Street in Midtown Manhattan in New York City. [1] It was designed by TEN Arquitectos headed by Mexican architect Enrique Norten [2] in collaboration with the American design firm CetraRuddy and developed by Solly Assa's Assa Properties. [3]
The building is a combination of a boutique hotel, spanning from the second to the 27th floor, and luxury condominiums from the 28th to the 48th floor.
The building, originally scheduled to open in Spring 2010, opened on August 1, 2010. [4]
Enrique Norten Rosenfeld, Hon. FAIA, is a Mexican architect and principal of the design firm TEN Arquitectos. Norten was born in Mexico City in 1954 where he graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana with a degree in architecture in 1978. He obtained a Master of Architecture from Cornell University in 1980. In 1986, he founded TEN Arquitectos in Mexico City, initiating a lifelong commitment to architecture and design.
Michael David Sorkin was an American architectural and urban critic, designer, and educator. He was considered to be "one of architecture's most outspoken public intellectuals", a polemical voice in contemporary culture and the design of urban places at the turn of the twenty-first century. Sorkin first rose to prominence as an architectural critic for the Village Voice in New York City, a post which he held for a decade throughout the 1980s. In the ensuing years, he taught at prominent universities around the world, practiced through his eponymous firm, established a nonprofit book press, and directed the urban design program at the City College of New York. He died at age 71 from complications brought on by COVID-19 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 53rd Street Library is a branch of the New York Public Library at 18 West 53rd Street, just west of Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The library is composed of three floors, including two basement levels, and contains a glass facade. The building is located on the south side of 53rd Street, across from the Museum of Modern Art, and located adjacent to 666 Fifth Avenue to the east. It opened in 2016 as a replacement for the Donnell Library Center, which occupied a building at 20 West 53rd Street. The Donnell Library Center operated from 1955 until 2008, when its building was razed and a 46-story hotel and residential building constructed on the site.
The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, formerly the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas, is a 47-story luxury hotel and condominium building in the CityCenter complex on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is managed by Hilton Worldwide as part of the Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand. It is owned by Tiffany Lam and Andrew and Peggy Cherng.
Hudson Greene is an apartment complex in Jersey City, New Jersey which consists two towers, the East Tower at 77 Hudson Street, which are condominiums, and the West Tower at 70 Greene Street, which are rental apartments. Both have 48 floors and are 500 ft (152m) tall. They are tied with each other for 16th tallest building in Jersey City. Construction on the towers began on June 25, 2006, and was completed in 2009 and 2010. The East Tower at 77 Hudson Street has 420 residences and 19,000 square feet (1,800 m2) of street-level retail space. The building was designed by the architectural firm CetraRuddy.

One Madison is a luxury residential condominium tower located on 23rd Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South, at the foot of Madison Avenue, across from Madison Square Park in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, New York City. The building's official address and main lobby entrance is at 23 East 22nd Street, rather than at 1 Madison Avenue; there is no public entrance on 23rd Street.

It provides architectural and interior design services for residences, hotels, schools, and cultural institutions. The firm was founded in 1987 by John Cetra and Nancy J. Ruddy and is led by four principals and three associate principals with a staff of over 100 architects and interior designers.
1717 Broadway is a skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. At 750 feet (230 m) high, it is the second tallest hotel in North America. The building contains two hotels, the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Central Park below the 35th floor and the Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park on floors 35 and higher, with a total of 639 rooms. The glass-clad building is on the northwest corner of 54th Street and Broadway.
Arnold "Noldi" Schreck was Swiss-Russian-Mexican classical architect and designer. Also an artist, painter and decorator, he became a citizen of Mexico. Schreck designed restaurants, residences, hotels, clubs, offices, shops, movie sets, ports and entire villages. His work is in Mexico, Europe, Africa, North America, and South America.
The Ponce Plaza Hotel & Casino, formerly Ponce Ramada Hotel and Ponce Plaza Ramada Hotel, is a five-story hotel in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The hotel opened in the summer of 2009 and is known for the historic value of its structure: its main entrance is a historic colonial structure known as "Casa Saurí". In February 2013, the hotel expanded its facilities to include a casino, a cocktail lounge, and a 4-story, 200-car parking garage. On 1 July 2014, the owners left the Ramada namesake franchise and renamed the hotel Ponce Plaza Hotel & Casino.

The Crown Building is a historic 26-story, 416 foot mixed-use skyscraper at the southwest corner of 57th Street and Fifth Avenue in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. The lower levels contain retail space, while the upper levels formerly housed offices, but were converted to the luxury Aman New York hotel and residences in 2022. Constructed as the Heckscher Building in 1921, the structure was designed by Warren and Wetmore. It was historically one of the most expensive retail and office space locations in the United States and the hotel has the highest base rate of any hotel in the city.
45 Broad Street is a 68-story, 1,039-foot (317-meter) supertall residential skyscraper being constructed in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City. The building will become Lower Manhattan's tallest residential tower. Excavation started in 2017, but as of 2020, construction is on hold.
