The Cleveland Guardians Radio Network is an American radio network composed of 39 radio stations for the Cleveland Guardians, a professional baseball team in Major League Baseball (MLB). Cleveland sister stations WTAM (1100 AM ) and WMMS (100.7 FM ) serve as the network's two flagships; [1] WTAM also relays its signal over a low-power FM translator. The network also includes 26 affiliates in the U.S. states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York: seventeen AM stations, eleven of which supplement their signals with low-power FM translators, eight full-power FM stations and one HD Radio subchannel that supplements its signal with a low-power FM translator. Tom Hamilton and Jim Rosenhaus currently serve as the network's play-by-play announcers. In May 15, 1948, the first broadcast happened at Cleveland Municipal Stadium where the then-Indians met the Chicago White Sox where broadcaster Van Patrick called the game where the Indians won 7-1. [8]
Play-by-play announcers Tom Hamilton and Jim Rosenhaus call games on-site. Rosenhaus hosts Guardians Warm-Up, the network pregame show; and Hamilton hosts Guardians Wrap-Up, the network postgame show; both shows typically run 30 minutes each. [3]

WTAM is a commercial radio station licensed to Cleveland, Ohio, United States, and carries a news/talk/sports format commonly known as "Newsradio WTAM 1100". Owned by iHeartMedia, WTAM serves Greater Cleveland and much of surrounding Northeast Ohio, and is a clear-channel station with extended nighttime range. WTAM is also Northeast Ohio's primary entry point station in the Emergency Alert System.
WMMS is a commercial radio station licensed to Cleveland, Ohio, serving Greater Cleveland and much of surrounding Northeast Ohio, commonly identified as "The Buzzard". Widely regarded as one of the most influential rock stations in America throughout its history, the station has also drawn controversy for unusually aggressive tactics both on and off the air. Owned by iHeartMedia, and broadcasting a mix of active rock and hot talk, WMMS is currently the flagship station for Rover's Morning Glory, the FM flagship for the Cavaliers AudioVerse and Cleveland Guardians Radio Network, the Cleveland affiliate for The House of Hair with Dee Snider and the home of radio personality Alan Cox.

Detroit's WXYT-FM (97.1 FM) serves as the network's flagship. The network also includes 46 affiliates in the U.S. states of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana: 25 AM stations, 15 of which supplement their signals with one or more low-power FM translators; 21 full-power FM stations; and one HD Radio digital subchannel which supplements its signal with a low-power FM translator. The network airs select spring Grapefruit League games, along with all 162 regular season games and all postseason games. Las Vegas market stations KRLV (920 AM) and KOMP (92.3 FM) serve as the network's two flagships. Cincinnati station WLW (700 AM) serves as the network's flagship; WLW also simulcasts over a low-power FM translator. The network also includes 68 affiliates in the U.S. states of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia: fifty-three AM stations, thirty-nine of which supplement their signals with one or more low-power FM translators, and fifteen full-power FM stations.

WMMS-HD2 is a digital subchannel of WMMS, a commercial radio station licensed to Cleveland, Ohio, and features programming from the Black Information Network. Owned by iHeartMedia, WMMS-HD2 serves Greater Cleveland and surrounding Northeast Ohio. Using the proprietary technology HD Radio for its main digital transmission, WMMS-HD2 is rebroadcast over low-power analog Cleveland translator W256BT (99.1 FM), and streams online via iHeartRadio. WMMS-HD2's studios are located at the Six Six Eight Building in downtown Cleveland's Gateway District, while the WMMS-HD2 and W256BT transmitters reside in Seven Hills and Parma, respectively.

The University Hospitals Cleveland Browns Radio Network is an American radio network composed of 24 radio stations which carry English-language coverage of the Cleveland Browns, a professional football team in the National Football League (NFL). Jim Donovan has been the lead announcer since the team's return in 1999, but following the 2023 season opener, he went on medical leave to undergo treatment for leukemia, and Chris Rose is serving as interim play-by-play announcer in his absence. Nathan Zegura serves as commentator and Je'Rod Cherry is the sideline analyst/reporter.

Co-owned WBNS and WBNS-FM, both licensed to Columbus, Ohio, serve as the network's 2 flagship stations. The network also includes 60 affiliates in the U.S. states of Ohio and West Virginia: 33 AM stations, 22 of which extend their signals with low-power FM translators; 26 full-power FM stations; and one HD Radio digital subchannel which supplements its signal with a low-power FM translator.
