The legislative district of Biñan is the representation of the component city of Biñan in the Congress of the Philippines. The city is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress through its lone congressional district.
Prior to gaining separate representation, Biñan City was represented by the first district of Laguna.
The President of the Republic of the Philippines signed on March 27, 2015 by the Republic Act 10658, separating Biñan from the first district of the province. The cities of San Pedro and Santa Rosa remained in the first district. [1]
The city elected its first representative in the 2016 elections.

Biñan, officially the City of Biñan, is a 1st class city in the province of Laguna, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 333,028 people.

It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Marlyn Alonte-Naguiat of the PDP–Laban, who has represented the district since its creation.
Calamba's at-large congressional district is the congressional district of the Philippines in Calamba. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2019. Previously included in Laguna's 2nd congressional district, it includes all barangays of the city. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Jun Chipeco Jr. of the Nacionalista Party, who has represented the district since its creation.
