The following is an alphabetical list of Game Boy and Game Boy Color games that utilize enhancements, color palettes, or other features provided by the Super Game Boy. For additional lists, please refer to the "Lists of video games" section.
Certain games have enhanced music tracks and voice samples when played on the Super Game Boy.
Hidden borders can be accessed by inputting specific codes on the title screen or during gameplay. The following games have hidden borders: Balloon Fight GB , Mario's Picross , Space Invaders (GB), Picross 2, Super Black Bass , Super Black Bass Pocket 2, Tetris 2 , Tetris Attack , and TNN Outdoor Fishing Champ. However, the USA release of TNN Outdoor Fishing Champ lacks a border present in the Japanese version's ending, as that ending was removed.
Bomberman Quest and some other games display borders only when a Super Game Boy 2 is connected to a Game Boy.
In the Game & Watch Gallery series, if played on the Super Game Boy, the Mode Select screen shows a Super NES controller instead of a Game Boy system. Additionally, when playing a mini-game in "Classic" mode, the Super Game Boy displays borders that resemble the original Game & Watch casing designs.
Certain games, primarily Takara fighting games, as well as a few others, have special two-player modes that utilize two Super NES controllers when played on the Super Game Boy. Some SGB Bomberman games, like Wario Blast , support four players using a Super Multitap or a compatible multiplayer adapter with four controllers.
Rumble cartridges do not activate the rumble function when played on the Super Game Boy, even if they are not otherwise enhanced. This applies to games like Hole in One Golf or Test Drive Off-Road 3.
Several Nintendo-published Game Boy games released before the Super Game Boy's launch are not explicitly enhanced but have special default palettes when played on the Super Game Boy. These games will be identified in the Palettes - Special Default column of the table.
Mary-Kate and Ashley: Pocket Planner is listed as having Super Game Boy support in its cartridge header but does not appear to actually support it.
In total, there are 524 games available for the Super Game Boy.
Note: The list of features and regions are incomplete. You can help if know much about them. However, you may have to link citations for evidence.

The Game Boy Color is an 8-bit handheld game console, manufactured by Nintendo, which was released in Japan on October 21, 1998 and to international markets that November. It is the successor to the Game Boy and is part of its product line. Critics like IGN consider it more akin to a hardware revision than a next generation product.
The Super Nintendo Entertainment System, commonly shortened to Super Nintendo, Super NES or SNES, is a 16-bit home video game console developed by Nintendo that was released in 1990 in Japan and South Korea, 1991 in North America, 1992 in Europe and Oceania and 1993 in South America. In Japan, it is called the Super Famicom (SFC). In South Korea, it is called the Super Comboy and was distributed by Hyundai Electronics. The system was released in Brazil on August 30, 1993, by Playtronic. Although each version is essentially the same, several forms of regional lockout prevent cartridges for one version from being used in other versions.
Dr. Mario is a 1990 puzzle video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System, Famicom, and Game Boy. It was produced by Gunpei Yokoi and designed by Takahiro Harada. The soundtrack was composed by Hirokazu Tanaka.
The Super Game Boy is a peripheral that allows Game Boy cartridges to be played on a Super Nintendo Entertainment System console. A video game accessory is a distinct piece of hardware that is required to use a video game console, or one that enriches the video game's play experience. Essentially, video game accessories are everything except the console itself, such as controllers, memory, power adapters (AC), and audio/visual cables. Most video game consoles come with the accessories required to play games out of the box : one A/V cable, one AC cable, and a controller. Memory is usually the most required accessory outside of these, as game data cannot be saved to compact discs. The companies that manufacture video game consoles also make these accessories for replacement purposes as well as improving the overall experience. There is an entire industry of companies that create accessories for consoles as well, called third-party companies. The prices are often lower than those made by the maker of the console (first-party). This is usually achieved by avoiding licensing or using cheaper materials. For the mobile systems like the PlayStation Portable and Game Boy iterations, there are many accessories to make them more usable in mobile environments, such as mobile chargers, lighting to improve visibility, and cases to both protect and help organize the collection of system peripherals to. Newer accessories include many home-made things like mod chips to bypass manufacturing protection or homemade software.
