Mamatid railway station is a railway station on the South Main Line (Southrail) of the Philippine National Railways. Like all PNR stations, the station is at grade. It is located within Mamatid Road (near NIA Road), Barangay Mamatid, Cabuyao City, Laguna.
The Philippine National Railways (PNR) is a state-owned railway company in the Philippines, operating a single line of track on Luzon. As of 2016, it operates one commuter rail service in Metro Manila and local services between Sipocot, Naga City and Legazpi City in the Bicol Region. PNR began operations on November 24, 1892 as the Ferrocarril de Manila-Dagupan, during the Spanish colonial period, and later becoming the Manila Railroad Company (MRR) during the American colonial period. It became the Philippine National Railways on June 20, 1964 by virtue of Republic Act No. 4156. The PNR is an agency of the Department of Transportation.
Mamatid (Ma-ma-tíd), officially known as Barangay Mamatid, is one of the eighteen urbanized barangays comprising the city of Cabuyao in the province of Laguna, Philippines. It lies about 6.5 kilometers from the city proper of Cabuyao and is situated at the eastern portion of the city. According to the 2010 Census, it has a population of 50,213 inhabitants, making it ranked as the most populous barangay in Cabuyao. This is due to a large influx of people migrating to many subdivisions located in the barangay.

Mamatid was also the starting point of the now defunct Canlubang line, connecting the Canlubang Sugar Mill.

Line 3 is a north-south line of the Shanghai Metro network. Its rolling stock carry a bright yellow colour belt to differentiate them from Line 4 trains which share a portion of its route. Unlike the majority of the lines in the Shanghai Metro system, Line 3 is primarily elevated, entirely above ground except for Tieli Road, located at the entrance to Baosteel Group Corporation. Sitio Carmel or better known as Carmel Housing, is an independent subdivision sitio, located in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines, located at the southern tip of Canlubang, south of Manphil, west of Asia-2 and east of Carmelray Industrial Park 1. Sitio Carmel, named by "Our Lady of Mount Carmel" a parish chapel in Housing during 1990's decade, and its owned by José Yulo in 1972 after Vicente Madrigal settled. Carmelray Industrial Park 1 is located in Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna in the Philippines on a wide stretch of land measuring 270 hectares. Developed in stages, Phase 1 and Phase 2 cover 95 and 135 hectares respectively. It is a fully integrated industrial park. Its aim is to provide facilities that will cater to light and medium sized locators. Apart from the industrial facilities, CIP1 also has administrative and support service centers for its locators, as well as a commercial district.
Gulod railway station is a proposed new railway station on the South Main Line (Southrail) of the Philippine National Railways. This PNR station is proposed by the JICA for both the current Metro Commuter and the South Line of the North-South Commuter Rail Project. The station will be located in between the existing Cabuyao station and Mamatid station at Gulod, Cabuyao City, Laguna.
