The Missouri United Methodist Church is a United Methodist church in downtown Columbia, Missouri. Its congregation formed the first Methodist Church in Columbia in 1837. The present building on 9th Street built between 1925 and 1930 is constructed out of Indiana Bedford limestone in a Late Gothic Revival style. The Stained Glass windows, including the large History of Methodism window at the rear of the sanctuary, are some of the most detailed in Mid-Missouri. The sanctuary seats 1,000 people. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
St. Francis Street Methodist Church, officially St. Francis Street United Methodist Church, is a historic former United Methodist Church building in Mobile, Alabama, United States. The current structure was built in 1896 by the architectural firm of Watkins and Johnson. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 5, 1984.
Dudley's Chapel is a historic Methodist church located at Sudlersville, Queen Anne's County, Maryland. It was built in 1783 and is a simple brick structure with a moderately pitched gable roof. A coat of stucco was added in 1883, covering all of the original brickwork. The chapel has a prominent place in the early history of the Methodist Church in Maryland. It is one of the earliest surviving Methodist churches in Maryland, and was the first Methodist church built in Queen Anne's County. Many of the prominent early leaders of the Methodist Church are known to have preached both at Dudley's including Francis Asbury, Thomas Coke, Richard Whatcoat, Jesse Lee, and Freeborn Garrettson.
Bond's Chapel Methodist Episcopal Church, also known as Bond's Chapel, is a historic Methodist Episcopal church located near Hartsburg, Missouri. It was built in 1883–1884, and is a simple rectangular frame building, set on piers composed of creek rock and mortar. It measures 24 feet by 33 feet and has a front gable roof and vestibule.
The Epworth United Methodist Church is a United Methodist church in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. It was built in the Romanesque style and is noted for its exterior walls of brown, rusticated boulders. The church was completed in 1891, becoming the second church in Edgewater after the completion of the Episcopal Church of the Atonement in 1889. The structure was enlarged in 1930, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. The final service at the church was on May 15, 2022.
Ohio Street Methodist Episcopal Church Complex, also known as Third Avenue Methodist Church and St. Ann Maronite Catholic Church, is a historic Methodist Episcopal church at 1921 Third Avenue in Watervliet, Albany County, New York. It was originally built about 1850 and modified about 1895. The parish house was built about 1880. Both are brick buildings with wood floor and roof framing and stone foundations.

Washington Prairie Methodist Church is a historic church building located southeast of Decorah, Iowa, United States. The congregation was established by Ole Peter Petersen. He returned to his native Norway in 1853 and founded the first Methodist congregation there. Washington Prairie Methodist is considered the mother church of Methodism in Norway. In the early years the congregation met in private houses. They built this church building themselves from 1863 to 1868. With its pediments and entablature/cornice it is Greek Revival in style. However, the windows on the side elevations are Gothic. It also features a round-arch entry on its gabled end. By 1888 services were only held here quarterly, and continued until about 1920, when the church was officially closed. Over the years some vandalism and settling of the structure occurred. The Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum in Decorah restored the church and adjacent cemetery in 1972. The bishop of the North European Methodist Conference participated in its re-dedication later that year. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
The First United Methodist Church is a Methodist church that was founded in 1868 in Reno, Nevada. In 1868 the first meetings were held in the local schoolhouse on the corner of what is now First and Sierra Streets. In 1871 The first church was erected and dedicated on Sierra Street between First and Second Streets. In the early 1900s the wood-framed church was moved to the back of the lot and a new brick building was added to it. And finally in 1925 plans for a new building were made. Designed by Wythe, Blaken, and Olson of Oakland, the church is one of the first poured concrete buildings in Reno and utilizes Gothic Revival architectural themes. The corner stone for the current historical building was placed in 1926, with the building being dedicated in December of that same year. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983; the listing included two contributing buildings. The second building is a parish house designed by local architect Donald Parsons and built in c.1840. In 1965 another addition was done to add on what is currently the fellowship hall, and Sunday school class rooms.
Mt. Vernon Methodist Church is a historic Methodist church in Maces Spring, Virginia, United States. It was built about 1895 and is a one-story, rectangular frame structure with gable roof and simple wooden steeple. The church is most notable for its association with the Carter Family, a traditional American Country music group that recorded between 1927 and 1956. Behind the church is the cemetery containing the graves of Alvin Pleasant "A.P." Delaney Carter (1891–1960) and his wife Sara Dougherty Carter (1898–1979).
Benjamin Chapel and Richwoods Cemetery, also known as Richwoods Methodist Protestant Church or simply Richwoods Church, is a historic church located south of the unincorporated community of Trenton in rural Henry County, Iowa, United States. This front gable, frame church building was built by a congregation of the Methodist Protestant Church in 1877. The congregation itself was formed sometime after 1843. The building has two entrances on the main facade, one for men and the other for women. The genders then sat separately on their respective sides of the church building. The interior still has the original pews with dividers. There is also a small tower, capped with a spire, above the facade. The Methodist Protestant Church continued to maintain the building until 1921 when they sold it to the Benjamin Chapel Association. The association was named for Benjamin B. Allender, who was instrumental in building the church. Regular church services and Sunday school classes were held until 1940, and occasionally until 1952. The cemetery behind the church was a burial ground for the Methodist congregation as well as other residents from the Richwoods area. It is still an active burial ground. The church and cemetery were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

The former St. Matthias' Episcopal Church, now known as the Dietz United Methodist Church, is a historic church in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built in 1888 for the Episcopal Church, and it was designed in the Romanesque Revival and Gothic Revival styles by architect John H.W. Hawkins. It was acquired by the United Methodist Church in 1920. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since November 23, 1980.
The Stanhope United Methodist Church is a historic church built 1920 in Netcong, Morris County, New Jersey. It is across the Musconetcong River from Stanhope. Historically known as The Church in the Glen, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 2, 2013 for its significance in architecture.
