Regalado Avenue station is an under-construction Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station located on the MRT Line 7 (MRT-7) system along Commonwealth Avenue in Fairview, Quezon City, Philippines. The station is nearby the Fairview Center Mall, National College of Business and Arts and the Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation.
The Metro Rail Transit Line 3, also known as the MRT Line 3, MRT-3 or Metrostar Express, is a light rapid transit system line of Metro Manila, Philippines. Originally referred to as the Blue Line, MRT Line 3 was reclassified to be the Yellow Line in 2012. The line runs in an orbital north to south route following the alignment of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). Although it has some characteristics of light rail, such as the type of a tram-like rolling stock used, it is more akin to a rapid transit system owing to its total grade separation and high passenger throughput.

University Avenue station is an under-construction Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station located on the MRT Line 7 (MRT-7) system along Commonwealth Avenue in UP Campus, Quezon City. It will also serve as the eastern terminus of the proposed MRT Line 8 (MRT-8) system. The station itself is located within the campus of the University of the Philippines Diliman and is named after University Avenue, the main road leading towards the university. The MRT-7 system has a proposed spur line to connect itself to the LRT Line 2 (LRT-2) system at Katipunan station, passing through the University of the Philippines Diliman and Katipunan Avenue, while the MRT-8 system will terminate at this station with a spur line towards its depot further inside UP Diliman. Construction started on August 15, 2017 and was expected to end around April 2018.
Mindanao Avenue is an eight-to-ten lane divided avenue connecting EDSA and NLEX and is a part of Circumferential Road 5 (C-5) in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is one of the three parallel roads that connects Tandang Sora and Congressional Avenues ; that is why it was named after the southernmost mainland of the Philippines, Mindanao. It used to be a 2-kilometer (1.2 mi) highway connecting North Avenue and Congressional Avenue, but as a part of the C-5 projects, Mindanao Avenue was extended to EDSA in the south and to Quirino Highway to the north. The new roads opened in 2000.
The Regalado Highway, officially named as Regalado Avenue (North), 2.8-kilometer (1.7 mi), four-to-six-lane highway connecting Quirino Highway with Commonwealth Avenue. It is a main thoroughfare in the Barangay Greater Lagro to Mindanao Avenue and of the Neopolitan Business Park. It is named Regalado Highway to distinguish it from the nearby Regalado Avenue which is also a main road in the North Fairview area.
The Metro Rail Transit Line 4 (MRT-4) is an upcoming rapid transit line serving the Greater Manila Area of the Philippines. The 12.7 km (7.9 mi), 10-station elevated railway will connect Ortigas Center in Metro Manila and the suburban municipality of Taytay, Rizal. It will traverse along Ortigas Avenue and Manila East Road, starting at the former's junction with EDSA in Quezon City to the west until it terminates near the New Taytay Public Market to the east.

The line runs in a northeast–southwest direction, beginning at San Jose del Monte, Bulacan up to the North Triangle Common Station in North Avenue, Quezon City.
National Route 170 (N170) is a national secondary road of the Philippine highway network. It passes through the northern part of Metro Manila, traversing through the cities of Quezon City, Manila, and Pasay.
The C5 Metro Rail Transit Line 10, also known as MRT Line 10 or MRT-10, is a proposed rapid transit line in the Philippines. When completed, the line will be approximately 22.5 kilometers (14.0 mi) long, with 16 stations. The line would run along Circumferential Road 5, with a terminus at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and another terminus in Commonwealth Avenue with a possible interchange with MRT-7 at Tandang Sora Station. The line would then run from Commonwealth Avenue through Katipunan Avenue, where there may be a possible interchange with LRT Line 2 at the Aurora Station in Katipunan Avenue. The line would then continue to NAIA along the aforementioned Circumferential Road 5. The planned location of the Line's Train Depot would be on UP Diliman Property in Diliman, Quezon City.
