Quezon City, also known as the City of Quezon and Q.C., is the most populous city in the Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 2,960,048 people. It was founded on October 12, 1939, and was named after Manuel L. Quezon, the second president of the Philippines.
The Quezon Memorial Circle is a national park located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The park is located inside a large traffic circle in the shape of an ellipse and bounded by the Elliptical Road and is the main park of Quezon City. Its main feature is a 66-meter (217 ft) tall mausoleum containing the remains of Manuel L. Quezon, the second official President of the Philippines and the first of an internationally recognized independent Philippines, and his wife, First Lady Aurora Quezon.
The Metro Rail Transit Line 3, also known as the MRT Line 3, MRT-3 or Metrostar Express, is a light rapid transit system line of Metro Manila, Philippines. Originally referred to as the Blue Line, MRT Line 3 was reclassified to be the Yellow Line in 2012. The line runs in an orbital north to south route following the alignment of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). Although it has some characteristics of light rail, such as the type of a tram-like rolling stock used, it is more akin to a rapid transit system owing to its total grade separation and high passenger throughput.
Rail transportation in the Philippines is currently used mostly to transport passengers within Metro Manila and provinces of Laguna and Quezon, as well as a commuter service in the Bicol Region. Freight transport services once operated in the country, but these services were halted. However, there are plans to restore old freight services and build new lines. From a peak of 1,100 kilometers (680 mi), the country currently has a railway footprint of 533.14 kilometers (331.28 mi), of which only 129.85 kilometers (80.69 mi) are operational as of 2024, including all the urban rail lines. World War II, natural calamities, underspending, and neglect have all contributed to the decline of the Philippine railway network. In the 2019 Global Competitiveness Report, the Philippines has the lowest efficiency score among other Asian countries in terms of efficiency of train services, receiving a score of 2.4, and ranking 86th out of 101 countries globally. The government is currently expanding the railway network up to 1,900 kilometers (1,200 mi) by 2022 through numerous projects.
Quezon Avenue station is an elevated Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station located on the MRT Line 3 (MRT-3) system in Diliman, Quezon City. It is named after Quezon Avenue, one of the major thoroughfares of the city.
Ayala Malls Trinoma is a large shopping mall in Quezon City, Philippines, owned by property development firm Ayala Land. Opened on May 16, 2007, the mall is located on the east side of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue in Quezon City, giving significant market competition to the nearby SM North EDSA as one of the largest malls in Metro Manila. It is also one of two malls that will be serving Ayala Land's Vertis North township, which is located beside the mall, along with a new lifestyle block mall Ayala Malls Vertis North, similar to Greenbelt in Makati, which was also developed by Ayala Malls.
Fernando Poe Jr. station is the current northern terminus of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) system. It opened on October 22, 2010, as part of the LRT-1 North Extension Project, as Roosevelt and was renamed to its current name on August 20, 2023, almost two years after the namesake avenue was officially renamed after the Filipino actor.
Commonwealth Avenue, formerly known as Don Mariano Marcos Avenue, is a 12.4-kilometer (7.7 mi) highway located in Quezon City, Philippines, which spans from six to eighteen lanes and is the widest in the Philippines. It is one of the major roads in Metro Manila and is designated as part of Radial Road 7 (R-7) of the older Manila arterial road system and National Route 170 (N170) of the Philippine highway network.
Batasan station is an under-construction Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station located on the MRT Line 7 (MRT-7) system in Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Philippines. It is near the Sandiganbayan Centennial Building, Public Attorneys Office Building, Batasan TODA Terminal, the Commission on Audit Complex and the Batasan Pambansa Complex. It is the ninth station for trains headed towards the North Triangle Common Station and the sixth station for trains headed to San Jose del Monte.
Manuel L. Quezon Avenue, more often called as Quezon Avenue, or simply Quezon Ave, is a 6.1-kilometer (3.8 mi) major thoroughfare in Metro Manila named after President Manuel Luis Quezon, the second president of the Philippines. The avenue starts at the Quezon Memorial Circle and runs through to the Welcome Rotonda near the boundary of Quezon City and Manila.

Timog Avenue is a major road located in Quezon City within the Diliman area of northeastern Metro Manila, Philippines. It runs east–west through the southern edge of the barangay of South Triangle and is used to be named in English as South Avenue. The street is located in Quezon City's entertainment area, known for its trendy restaurants, bars and karaoke and comedy clubs. It is also home to the GMA Network Center studios located on the avenue's junction with Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). The entire avenue is designated as National Route 172 (N172) of the Philippine highway network.
The Metro Rail Transit Line 4 (MRT-4) is an upcoming rapid transit line serving the Greater Manila Area of the Philippines. The 12.7 km (7.9 mi), 10-station elevated railway will connect Ortigas Center in Metro Manila and the suburban municipality of Taytay, Rizal. It will traverse along Ortigas Avenue and Manila East Road, starting at the former's junction with EDSA in Quezon City to the west until it terminates near the New Taytay Public Market to the east.
The Quezon City Museum Complex, more commonly known as the QCX Museum or the Quezon City ExperienceMuseum is an interactive and socio-cultural green building-compliant city museum which was inaugurated on November 9, 2015, within the Quezon Memorial Circle in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. QCX primarily displays the history and culture of Quezon City. It is touted as the first interactive museum of the city. The museum's concept was conceived in 2006.
The Quezon City Reception House is a reception house built and owned by the government of Quezon City to accommodate visiting dignitaries. It was built on the lot of the uncompleted and controversial Boracay Mansion. It was previously occupied by the Vice President of the Philippines from 2016 to 2022.

When completed, the line will be 22.8 kilometers long, with 14 stations, and the first line to have a third rail electrification. Circulo Verde is a mixed-use development in Quezon City, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a primarily residential enclave on a meander of the Marikina River in the village of Bagumbayan on Quezon City's border with Pasig. The 12.47-hectare (30.8-acre) riverfront community is a redevelopment of the former cement plant owned by Concrete Aggregates Corp., a subsidiary of Ortigas & Company. It is one of the four major estates owned and developed by the company in Metro Manila, which in 2019 maintained a combined land bank of 50 hectares across the Eastern Manila cities of Mandaluyong, Pasig and Quezon City.
National Route 170 (N170) is a national secondary road of the Philippine highway network. It passes through the northern part of Metro Manila, traversing through the cities of Quezon City, Manila, and Pasay.
