This article is related to roads in Cape Verde . There are three categories of national roads (EN1, EN2, EN3), rural roads (ER) and municipal roads (EM). [1] Municipal roads are managed by the municipalities, the national and rural roads are managed by the Instituto de Estradas. The total length of the national road network is 1,113 km; the total length of the municipal road networks is 537 km. Of the national roads, 36% (by length) is asphalted. [2] EN1 are first class national roads, EN2 are second class national roads and EN3 are third class national roads. Next is the first two letters which represent the island abbreviation, then the number. Only national roads are listed below.

CS Mindelense won the eleventh title and became the second club after Sporting Praia to win three in a row. Neither clubs participated in the CAF Champions League competition in 2016 and in the 2016 CAF Confederation Cup. This was the second ever and most recent finals competition that two clubs came from the same island as well as the same city.

The Cape Verdean Basketball Federation is the basketball association in Cape Verde. It is located in the capital city of Praia at Gimnodesportivo Vava Duarte in the neighborhood of Chã das Areias, also the volleyball and the athletics federation are house there. Its current president is Kitana Cabral.

EN1-SL01 road in Cape Verde

EN1-SL01 is a first class national road on the island of Sal, Cape Verde. It runs from Espargos to Santa Maria. It is Sal's only dual carriageway. In Espargos it is connected with EN1-SL-02 to Palmeira and EN3-SL-02 to Pedra de Lume. In Santa Maria it is connected with EN3-SL-01 to Ponta do Sinó.
