Incumbent Vico Sotto was elected mayor of Pasig in 2019 and will seek a second consecutive term. [1] Meanwhile, incumbent vice mayor Iyo Caruncho Bernardo was elected for a third consecutive term in 2019.

Sotto was re-elected in 2022; shortly afterwards, he resigned from Aksyon Demokratiko.
