<span class="mw-page-title-main">Ra'ana Liaquat Ali Khan</span> Pakistani politician and economist (1905–1990)

Begum Ra'ana Liaqat Ali Khan was the First Lady of Pakistan from 1947 to 1951 as the wife of Liaquat Ali Khan who served as the 1st Prime Minister of Pakistan. She was also the first female governor in Pakistan, serving Sindh. She was one of the leading woman figures in the Pakistan Movement, and a career economist, and prominent stateswoman from the start of the cold war till the fall and the end of the Cold War.

Johan Mårten Eliel Soisalon-Soininen was a Chancellor of Justice of Finland. Soisalon-Soininen was assassinated in 1905 when a young student called Lennart Hohenthal murdered him at his apartment in Helsinki.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Ivan Kalyayev</span> Russian Empire poet and executed assassin (1877–1905)

Ivan Platonovich Kalyayev was a Russian poet, a member of the Socialist-Revolutionary Party. He is best known for his role in the assassination of Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich, which was an operation of the SR Combat Organization. Arrested at the scene, Kalyayev was convicted of murder and hanged.

Joseph Onésime Maxime "Alcide" Laurin was a Canadian ice hockey player who played for an Ontario-based team in Alexandria, and is the first recorded player to die as a result of an on-ice incident in ice hockey.
