Fulmor (also known as Fulmor Heights) is an unincorporated community in Upper Moreland Township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. Fulmor is located at the intersection of Byberry Road and Warminster Road east of Hatboro. [2] Fulmor uses the Hatboro ZIP code of 19040. [3] The Fulmor Heights residential neighborhood is 59.74 acres and is governed by a housing cooperative known as the Fulmor Heights Home Ownership Association. The neighborhood contains a deli, beauty salon, social club, and gathering hall. [4]
The land on which Fulmor Heights was built was bought in 1940 by the Public Housing Authority, who intended to build housing for civilian defense workers who worked in nearby factories. In 1947, 300 residents bought the neighborhood from the government and organized the housing cooperative. [4]
The community was formerly served by the Fulmor station along SEPTA Regional Rail's Warminster Line, which closed in 1996. [5] The nearest train station to Fulmor is the Hatboro station on the Warminster Line. [3]

Pennsylvania Route 263 (PA 263) is a north–south state highway located in southeast Pennsylvania. The southern terminus of the route is at PA 611 in Willow Grove, Montgomery County. The northern terminus is at the Centre Bridge–Stockton Bridge over the Delaware River in Centre Bridge, Bucks County, where the road continues into Stockton, New Jersey, as Bridge Street to an intersection with Route 29. PA 263 follows the routing of Old York Road, a historic road that connected Philadelphia to New York City, and carries the name York Road from the southern terminus to Lahaska and Upper York Road north of there. From Willow Grove to Buckingham, PA 263 runs mostly through suburban areas as a four-lane road, passing through Hatboro, Warminster, and Jamison. The route forms a concurrency with U.S. Route 202 (US 202) in Buckingham and narrows to a two-lane road, splitting with that route in Lahaska. From here, the route continues through rural areas to Centre Bridge.
Pennsylvania Route 63 (PA 63) is a 37.4-mile-long (60.2 km) state highway located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, area. The western terminus of the route is at PA 29 in Green Lane, Montgomery County. The eastern terminus is at Interstate 95 (I-95) in Bensalem Township, Bucks County. PA 63 runs northwest to southeast for most of its length. The route heads through a mix of suburban and rural areas of northern Montgomery County as a two-lane road, passing through Harleysville, before coming to an interchange with I-476 in Kulpsville. From this point, PA 63 continues through predominantly suburban areas of eastern Montgomery County as a two- to four-lane road, passing through Lansdale, Maple Glen, Willow Grove, and Huntingdon Valley. Upon entering Northeast Philadelphia, the route follows Red Lion Road and U.S. Route 1 (US 1) before heading southeast on a freeway called Woodhaven Road to I-95.

The route intersects PA 309, U.S. Route 202 Business, and US 202 in Montgomeryville and PA 152 in Prospectville. Through its length, the route carries the names Forty Foot Road, Broad Street, Main Street, Cowpath Road, and Horsham Road. PA 463 was designated in 1928 and fully paved by 1940. The route runs 17.5 miles (28.2 km) from PA 263 in Hatboro, Montgomery County, east to PA 32 in Yardley, Bucks County. PA 332 runs through suburban areas to the north of Philadelphia, serving Warminster, Ivyland, Richboro, and Newtown. The route is two lanes wide most of its length, with the bypass around Newtown a four-lane divided highway. PA 332 intersects PA 132 in Warminster, PA 232 in Richboro, PA 413 and PA 532 in Newtown, and Interstate 295 (I-295) in Lower Makefield Township.
The Warminster Line is a route of the SEPTA Regional Rail commuter rail system. It serves stations between its namesake town, Warminster, and Center City Philadelphia. Half of the route is shared by other lines, including the Lansdale/Doylestown Line, West Trenton Line, Fox Chase Line, Chestnut Hill East Line, and Manayunk/Norristown Line. All trains continue as part of the Airport Line with the exception of some weekday trains that terminate at 30th Street Station, Thorndale, or Trenton Transit Center.

Fulmor is a derelict railroad station in Upper Moreland Township, Pennsylvania, located near the intersection of Warminster Road and Mill Road. The station was originally built by the North East Pennsylvania Railroad. It was later taken over by SEPTA Regional Rail for the R2 Warminster Line, and the original building was replaced by a fiberglass shelter. SEPTA closed the station in 1996 as part of several service cuts; at the time it saw only 15 riders per day.
The Warminster Branch is a railway line in the state of Pennsylvania. It runs 8.3 miles (13.4 km) from a junction with the SEPTA Main Line just north of Glenside to Warminster, where it meets the New Hope Railroad. It was originally built by the North East Pennsylvania Railroad, a subsidiary of the North Pennsylvania Railroad, between 1872 and 1874. It was part of the Reading Company system from 1879 until 1976. Today it is owned by SEPTA and hosts Warminster Line commuter rail service. A later extension of the branch to New Hope, Pennsylvania is now the New Hope Railroad heritage railway.
