The locality falls within the municipal jurisdiction of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and under the Revenue Jurisdiction of the Medchal District. The names Medchal District and Hyderabad be used interchangeably for postal purposes.

Nagole is a residential and commercial locality in Uppal mandal mostly owned by Koduri family, Medchal district, Telangana, India. [2]

Locality

The locality is contiguous with the arterial Inner Ring Road of Hyderabad. [3] The locality witnessed growth in the early nineties as a housing destination for the middle class. By the late 2000s, this locality's real estate grew further in value with the announcement of Hyderabad Metro in its proximity [4] and growing infrastructure.

Transport

Nagole is connected to several parts of the city through Telangana State Road Transport Corporation City Buses. [5]

An elevated Metro Rail station for Nagole opened on 28 November 2017. [6] The Metro Rail corridor terminates at Nagole [7] and falls under the Blue Line Corridor of the transport system.

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is the urban planning agency of Hyderabad in the Indian state of Telangana. The HMDA administers the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, spread over an area of 7,257 km2 (2,802 sq mi) and covers the districts of Hyderabad district, Medchal district, part of Rangareddy district, Bhuvanagiri district, Sangareddy district, Medak district and Siddipet district. HMDA is the largest urban development authority in India. HMDA was formed by the merging of the following erstwhile entities: Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA), Hyderabad Airport Development Authority (HADA), Cyberabad Development Authority (CDA) and Buddha Poornima Project Authority (BPPA). HMDA was set up for the purposes of planning, co-ordination, supervising, promoting and securing the planned development of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region. Kokapet is an emerging commercial and residential hub in Ranga Reddy District in Telangana, India. This place falls under Kokapet SEZ (Neopolis) and is as one of the most expensive commercial and residential locations in the western part of Hyderabad. It falls under Gandipet Mandal. It is three kilometres away from Gandipet and close to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport; it is almost an extension of Financial District and in the vicinity of the IT hub. High rise towers will come up at Neopolis Kokapet. Hyderabad-based My Home Group is firming up plans for a 30-35 million sq feet project at a cost of around $2 billion at Kokapet to build one of the largest private IT parks in India. Inter City Bus Terminal (ICBT) is an upcoming bus terminus at Miyapur area of the Indian city of Hyderabad. It is owned by the HMDA and operated under a public–private partnership. The terminal once completed, would be one of the largest in Asia. The buses belonging to TSRTC will operate here. It will be one of the largest bus stations in India, with 200 bus bays. The project was cancelled in June 2018

Khajaguda is a major commercial and residential area in Hyderabad, Telangana, in the suburb of Gachibowli. It is in the vicinity of Financial district, Gachibowli and HITEC City. Raidurg Metro Station is located on the Blue Line of the Hyderabad Metro. The station was opened on 29 November 2019, two years after first commercial operation of Hyderabad metro started. It is located near Raheja Mindspace Junction. Raidurg metro station is the busiest metro station in Hyderabad with daily footfalls of around 60,000 commuters. In February 2020, Synchrony Financial became the sponsor of the Raidurg metro station, under semi-naming policy of Hyderabad metro to generate non-fare revenues.

The Blue Line is a part of the Hyderabad Metro system in Telangana, India. The line is 27 km and spans 23 stations from Nagole to Raidurg. It was funded by a public–private partnership (PPP), with the state government holding a minority equity stake. A special purpose vehicle company, L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Ltd (L&TMRHL), was established by the construction company Larsen & Toubro (L&T) to develop the Hyderabad Metro rail project.

The Hyderabad Airport Express Metro or Corridor IV is an approved Hyderabad Metro line from Raidurg metro station to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. The total length of the line is 31 km (19 mi). Hyderabad Airport Express Metro is fully funded by Government of Telangana through the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode.
