Khajaguda is a major commercial and residential area in Hyderabad, Telangana, in the suburb of Gachibowli. [1] [2] It is in the vicinity of Financial district, Gachibowli and HITEC City. [3] Several residential apartments like ASBL Lakeside, IT HEIGHTS, Niharika Interlake, Niharika Lakefront are situated in Khajaguda.
The landmarks Near Khajaguda are Ananthaswamy hills (Boda gutta), Delhi public school, Raidurgam police station, Baskin robbins and MJR magnifique. There are few gigantic rock formations known as Khajaguda Hills (Fakhruddin Gutta). [9] [10] Fakhruddin Gutta heritage site (rock formation) is divided between Puppalguda and Khajaguda villages. [11] [12] Fakhruddin Gutta granite rock formations (popularly known as Khajaguda Hills) are as old as 2.5 billion years. [13] [14] [15] Khajaguda Rock Formation, which is prehistoric heritage site, is spread across 180-acre (0.73 km2). [16] [17] [18] The tomb of Saint Hazrat Baba Fakhruddin Aulia — spiritual mentor of Ala-ud-Din Bahman Shah (founder of the Bahmani Kingdom) who was buried here in 1353 AD; an over 800-year-old Annatha Padmanabha Swamy Temple and a cave where the revered saint, Meher Baba had meditated are situated on Khajaguda Hills (Fakhruddin Gutta). [19] [20] [21] In October 2023, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) started work to fence the 2.5 billion-year-old Khajaguda rock formations and limiting access to motorists, visitors. Hyderabad Airport Express Metro will pass through Khajaguda - Nanakramguda Road. Khajaguda is connected by buses run by TSRTC, since a HCU Bus Depot is close by, it is well connected.

In Hyderabad, India, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is in charge of the civic administration and infrastructure of the city. It was formed in April 2007 by merging 100 wards of the erstwhile Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad (MCH) with twelve municipalities of neighbouring two districts. GHMC covers an area of 650 km2 (250 sq mi), spread over the four districts—Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Medchal–Malkajgiri and Sangareddy. The GHMC is divided into five zones and eighteen circles that contain 150 municipal wards. Each ward is headed by a corporator, elected by popular vote. Khajaguda Talab, also known as Pedda Cheruvu is a small lake in Ranga Reddy District in the Indian state of Telangana and on the western edge of the city of Hyderabad, in the suburb of Manikonda, in the middle of Khajaguda area. It is situated near to Engineering Staff College of India and CARE Hospitals. DSR The First, a residential Apartment is located near the eastern edge of this lake. Khajaguda Talab is one of the few lakes in the twin cities which is linear in shape.
The Hyderabad Airport Express Metro or Corridor IV is an approved Hyderabad Metro line from Raidurg metro station to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. The total length of the line is 31 km (19 mi).
