Patny or Patny circle is a commercial shopping hub in Secunderabad, India.
There was a famous landmark called as Patny Motors. The historic Mehboob College is also located in Patny Circle. [1] Initially founded in 1862 by Mr. Somasundaram Mudaliar as a public school for primary education, a first in those days. This was also where Swami Vivekananda addressed a large gathering in 1893 before he left for Chicago. [2] This college building is declared as a heritage building by HUDA. [3]
The area is a major commercial and shopping area with many clothing stores. Clothing shops in Patny are particularly popular for sarees. [4] The restaurant like Taj Mahal is noted here. Recent additions include Hotel Taj Tristar, Taj Belsons and Grand Minerva. The Secunderabad Telephone Exchange and the General Post Office are located here. Manju cinema and Cache Furniture Mall are situated right next to the Taj Mahal hotel.
Swapnalok complex, one of the earliest shopping mall along with the Minerva complex provide excellent choices for the shoppers.[ according to whom? ] Many shops right across from these two complexes sell the Kolhapuri variety of chappals.[ according to whom? ]
The buses run by TSRTC Ranigunj (RNG) depot connect Patny to all parts of the city. The closest MMTS Train station is at Secunderabad station.

Although both the cities are together referred to as the twin cities, Hyderabad and Secunderabad have different histories and cultures, with Secunderabad having developed directly under British rule until 1948, and Hyderabad as the capital of the Nizams' princely state of Hyderabad. Since 1956, the city has housed the Rashtrapati Nilayam, the winter office of the president of India.
Belur is a neighbourhood in northern part of Howrah city in Howrah district, West Bengal, India. It is a part of the area covered by Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). The area is best known for Belur Math, a religious monastery containing a complex of temples. Swami Vivekananda Airport, formerly known as Mana Airport, is a domestic airport serving the state of Chhattisgarh, India. The airport is located at Mana, approximately 15 km (9.3 mi) south-east of Raipur and 10 km (6.2 mi) east of Naya Raipur, situated conveniently between the two cities. On 24 January 2012, the airport was renamed after Swami Vivekananda, the iconic Hindu monk and philosopher who spent three years of his youth in Raipur between 1877 and 1879.

Tutuban Center is a shopping complex and public transit hub in Manila, the Philippines that opened in 1993. It encompasses five retail buildings and a parking building in and around Manila's central train station located in the shopping precinct of Divisoria in Tondo district. The 20-hectare (49-acre) mixed-use development includes the original two-story brick and iron main terminal building of the Ferrocaril de Manila-Dagupan built in 1887, a declared national historical building by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines since 1934. It also includes the Bonifacio Plaza fronting the old terminal building on Recto Avenue where a statue of Andrés Bonifacio was erected in 1971. Its integrated mall complex houses a mix of wholesale and retail bazaars and covers only 8.5 hectares of the total 20-hectare development. The complex will house the interchange station between the proposed North–South Commuter Railway and an extension of the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 according to the masterplan submitted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency in 2015. Its redevelopment plan also entails the construction of several mixed-use buildings, including office towers, residential buildings, hotels, a convention center, and a 300-metre (980 ft)-high observation tower to be known as the Tower of Maynila.
