Murang'a County is one of the counties of Kenya's former Central Province. Its largest town and capital is Murang'a, formerly referred to as Fort Hall during the colonial era. It is inhabited mainly by and is considered the home of the Gikuyu, the largest community in Kenya. The county has a population of 1,056,640.
Nakuru County is a county in Kenya. It is County number 32 out of the 47 Kenyan Counties. The capital and largest town is Nakuru, although Naivasha is another major significant urban centre. The Meru or Amîîrú are a Bantu ethnic group that inhabit the Meru region of Kenya on the fertile lands of north and eastern slopes of Mount Kenya, in the former Eastern Province of Kenya. The name "Meru" refers to both the people and the region, which for many years was the only administrative unit. In 1992, the Greater Meru was divided into three administrative units: Meru Central, Nyambene, and Tharaka-Nithi. After the promulgation of a new constitution in Kenya on 27 August 2010, the Greater Meru was further re-defined and now consists of the twin counties of Tharaka-Nithi and Meru. The Greater Meru covered approximately 13,000 km2 (5,000 sq mi), stretching from the Thuci river, on the border with Embu County in the south, to the border with Isiolo County in the north.
Narok County is a county in Kenya with a population projected at around 1,157,873 persons as of 2019, with the dominant ethnic groups being the Maasai and Kalenjin. Its capital and largest town is Narok. The other major urban centre in Narok County is Kilgoris.
Kipkalya Kiprono Kones was a Kenyan politician who served as a minister during the 1990s and was briefly Minister of Roads in 2008. He was a member of the National Assembly of Kenya from 1988 to 2008.
Lorna Chepkemoi Laboso was a Kenyan politician of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM). She was briefly a Member of Parliament and Assistant Minister in 2008.
William Ronkorua Ole Ntimama was a Kenyan politician. He was a staunch supporter of the ruling party KANU, prior to the adoption of the multiparty politics in Kenya in 1990. Ole Ntimama was vocal against multi party politics like many diehard Kanu supporters around that time. However, after the advent of multipartism, he decamped from KANU and joined the Democratic Party (DP), then headed by retired President Mwai Kibaki. Ole Ntimama later joined the Orange Democratic Movement ODM during the 2007 general elections. He remained in ODM and was elected to represent the Narok North Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the 2007 Kenyan parliamentary election.
Narok North is an electoral constituency in Kenya. It is one of six constituencies of Narok County. The constituency was established for the 1969 elections. Its current Member of Parliament is Hon. Richard Moitalel ole Kenta.

The Khayo is a sub tribe of the Luhya people of Kenya. They reside in Busia County, by the Kenya-Uganda border. Their Luhya neighbors are the Samia, Marachi, Wanga and Bukusu. The Bakhayo border the Bukusu on the East, the Republic of Uganda and Samias on the West, the Marachi on the South and the Wanga on the South East. On their north, they are bordered by the Iteso, a non-Luhya Nilotic people of Kenya.
Sub-counties are the decentralised units through which county governments of Kenya will provide functions and services. Except for the parts which fall under urban areas, sub-counties will coincide with the constituencies created under article 89 of the Constitution of Kenya. Sub-counties will be headed by a sub-county administrator, appointed by a County Public Service Board.
Local elections were held in Kiambu County to elect a Governor and County Assembly on 4 March 2013. Under the new constitution, which was passed in a 2010 referendum, the 2013 general elections were the first in which Governors and members of the County Assemblies for the newly created counties were elected.
Emurua Dikirr is an electoral constituency in Kenya. It is one of six constituencies of Narok County. The constituency was established for the 2013 elections. Since the 2013 Kenyan General Elections, Johana Ngeno Kipyegon has represented the constituency in the Kenyan National Assembly. Kipyegon was re-elected in 2017 as a coalition member of The Eagle Coalition and is the current Member of Parliament for Emurua Dikirr.
Kipkelion East is an electoral constituency in Kericho County, Kenya. It is one of six constituencies in the county. It was established for the 2013 general elections as constituency number 188 when Kipkelion Constituency was split into Kipkelion East and Kipkelion West constituency.
