Madison is a town located in Rockingham County, North Carolina. At the 2010 census, the town had a total population of 2,246. It is home to the corporate headquarters of Remington Arms.
Friendship Hill was the home of early American politician and statesman Albert Gallatin (1761–1849). Gallatin was a U.S. Congressman, the longest-serving Secretary of the Treasury under two presidents, and ambassador to France and Great Britain. The house overlooks the Monongahela River near Point Marion, Pennsylvania, about 50 miles (80 km) south of Pittsburgh.
Fort Langley National Historic Site, commonly shortened to Fort Langley, is a former fur trading post of the Hudson's Bay Company in the community of Fort Langley of Langley, British Columbia, Canada. The national historic site sits above the banks of the Bedford Channel across McMillan Island. The national historic site contains a visitor centre and a largely reconstructed trading post that contains ten structures surrounded by wooden palisades.
The Middletown Woodrow Wilson High School is a former high school, now used as residential apartments, located at 339 Hunting Hill Avenue, Middletown, Connecticut. Built in 1931, it was the city's first unified high school, a role it served until 1958. It then served as a junior high school before being adapted to its present residential use. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Passenger and Freight Complex is a nationally recognized historic district located in Fort Madison, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. At the time of its nomination it contained three resources, all of which are contributing buildings. The buildings were constructed over a 24-year time period, and reflect the styles that were popular when they were built. The facility currently houses a local history museum, and renovations are underway to convert a portion of it back to a passenger train depot.

The Arthur Ebeling House is a historic building located on the west side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. The Colonial Revival house was designed by its original owner, Arthur Ebeling. It was built from 1912-1913 and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
The St. Joseph's Church Complex is a collection of historic buildings located in Fort Madison, Iowa, United States. At one time the complex housed a Catholic parish in the Diocese of Davenport. St. Joseph and St. Mary of the Assumption parishes merged in the 1990s to form Saints Mary and Joseph Parish. In 2007 when that parish merged with Sacred Heart on the west side to form Holy Family Parish, St. Joseph's Church was closed. The former church, chapel, rectory, convent, and school were included as contributing properties in the Park-to-Park Residential Historic District that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
The Park-to-Park Residential Historic District in Fort Madison, Iowa, United States, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014. The historic district is located to the north of the Downtown Commercial Historic District, generally between Central Park on the west and Old Settler's Park on the east. Both parks are contributing sites. For the most part the district is made up of single family homes built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Some of these homes were built as rental properties, while others became so in later years. The Albright House and the Chief Justice Joseph M. Beck House are contributing properties, and they are also individually listed on the National Register. There are also duplexes and a few small scale apartment buildings in the district.
The Old Bennington High School is a historic school building at 650 Main Street in Bennington, Vermont. Built in 1913 and enlarged several times, it is architecturally significant as an excellent example of Beaux-Arts architecture, and is historically important for its role in local education. The building, closed in 2004, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. Bennington's high school educational services are now provided by Mount Anthony Union High School.
The former Fort Dodge Senior High School building, also known as North Junior High and Phillips Middle School, is a historic building located in Fort Dodge, Iowa, United States. The building was constructed in 1922 with additions completed in 1948 and 1979. When the current high school was built in 1958, this building became known as North Junior High School, housing grades 7, 8, and 9. The Fort Dodge Community School District's adoption of the middle school philosophy in 1984 changed the name of the building to Phillips Middle School. District-wide grade reconfiguration in 1990 changed Phillips to a building housing grades 7 and 8. It, along with Fair Oaks Middle School, was sold to Foutch Bros. LLC, of Kansas City, Missouri the following year to be converted into apartments. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

Built in 1914 and enlarged several times, it served as the city's high school until 1967, and as the Woonsocket Middle School until its closure in 2009. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.

University Junior High School is a historic former secondary school on the University of Texas at Austin campus in Austin, Texas. Opened in 1933 as a joint project between the university and the Austin Independent School District, the school served both as a public junior high school and as a laboratory school for the university's Department of Education until 1967, when the school was closed and the facility turned over to UT. Today, the building houses the university's School of Social Work and its Child Care Center. The school was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
Charles City Junior-Senior High School, also known as the North Grand Building, is a historic building located in Charles City, Iowa, United States. It replaced a high school building completed in 1899 that was destroyed in a fire. The portion of the present building along Grand Avenue was built from 1931 to 1932, and served as the community's high school into the late 1960s when the current high school building was completed. This building then became a junior high school and then a middle school. A large addition was built onto the rear of the building in 1970. They vacated part of this building when the new middle school opened in 2016. The older section of the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017. It is slated to be converted into 35 market-rate apartments. The newer section of the building continues to house the school district's offices; Iowa BIG North, an initiative based learning program that works with local business partners; and the Carrie Lane Alternative High School. The school's auditorium continues to be used for some school and community events.
