The London Underground is a rapid transit system serving Greater London and some parts of the adjacent home counties of Buckinghamshire, Essex and Hertfordshire in England.
The Paris Métro, short for Métropolitain, is a rapid transit system serving the Paris metropolitan area in France. A symbol of the city, it is known for its density within the capital's territorial limits, uniform architecture and historical entrances influenced by Art Nouveau. The system is 245.6 kilometres (152.6 mi) long, mostly underground. It has 320 stations of which 61 have transfers between lines. Operated by the Régie autonome des transports parisiens (RATP), it has sixteen lines, numbered 1 to 14, with two lines, Line 3bis and Line 7bis, named because they used to be part of Line 3 and Line 7, respectively. Three lines are automated. Lines are identified on maps by number and colour, with the direction of travel indicated by the terminus.
The Moscow Metro is a metro system serving the Russian capital of Moscow as well as the neighbouring cities of Krasnogorsk, Reutov, Lyubertsy and Kotelniki in Moscow Oblast. Opened in 1935 with one 11-kilometre (6.8 mi) line and 13 stations, it was the first underground railway system in the Soviet Union.
Albay, officially the Province of Albay, is a province in the Bicol Region of the Philippines, mostly on the southeastern part of the island of Luzon. Its capital is the city of Legazpi, the regional center of the whole Bicol Region, which is located in the southern foothill of Mayon Volcano.
An island platform is a station layout arrangement where a single platform is positioned between two tracks within a railway station, tram stop or transitway interchange. Island platforms are sometimes used between the opposite-direction tracks on twin-track route stations as they are cheaper and occupy less area than other arrangements. They are also useful within larger stations, where local and express services for the same direction of travel can be accessed from opposite sides of the same platform instead of side platforms on either side of the tracks, simplifying and speeding transfers between the two tracks.

Naga station is a railway station located on the South Main Line in Naga, Camarines Sur, Philippines. It is a major station on the line, serving as the main terminus for the Bicol Commuter, Bicol Express train services and the end station for the Isarog Limited Express. The station is considered the largest of all Philippine National Railways (PNR) stations in Southern Luzon. It houses the regional offices of PNR that covers the total jurisdiction over Southern Luzon.

Rodolfo "Rudy" Agapay Salalima is a Filipino lawyer who was the first secretary of the Philippine Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) under the Duterte administration. Salalima is the former chief legal counsel and senior advisor of Globe Telecom, one of the leading telecommunications firms in the country and has also served as Senior Vice President for Corporate and Regulatory Affairs and Managing Director of Ayala Corporation. He is also the former president of the Philippine Chamber of Telecommunications Operators (PCTO) and International Telecommunication Union Council working group for the amendment of ITU constitution and convention vice chairman for Asia Pacific Region.
Camilo Jacoby Soledad was a Bicolano hero, martyr and revolutionary. He was also known as one of the 11 among the Fifteen Martyrs of Bicol who were executed in Bagumbayan (Luneta), now Rizal Park, by Spanish authorities at the end of 19th century during the Philippine revolution.
Albay's 3rd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Albay. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the city of Ligao and adjacent municipalities of Guinobatan, Jovellar, Libon, Oas, Pio Duran and Polangui. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Fernando Cabredo of the National Unity Party.
