Quirino Avenue station, also known as Quirino Highway station, [1] is an under-construction Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station located on the MRT Line 7 system along Quirino Highway in the barangays of Greater Lagro and Pasong Putik Proper, Novaliches, Quezon City.
Coming from the south, it is the first MRT-7 station along Quirino Highway. Adjacent landmarks include Trees Residences, School of Saint Anthony Quezon City, Lagro Subdivision, Sacred Heart Subdivision, Iglesia Ni Cristo's Lagro local congregation, and Our Lady of Fatima University Quezon City.

University Avenue station is an under-construction Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station located on the MRT Line 7 (MRT-7) system along Commonwealth Avenue in UP Campus, Quezon City. It will also serve as the eastern terminus of the proposed MRT Line 8 (MRT-8) system. The station itself is located within the campus of the University of the Philippines Diliman and is named after University Avenue, the main road leading towards the university. The MRT-7 system has a proposed spur line to connect itself to the LRT Line 2 (LRT-2) system at Katipunan station, passing through the University of the Philippines Diliman and Katipunan Avenue, while the MRT-8 system will terminate at this station with a spur line towards its depot further inside UP Diliman. Construction started on August 15, 2017 and was expected to end around April 2018.
Mindanao Avenue is an eight-to-ten lane divided avenue connecting EDSA and NLEX and is a part of Circumferential Road 5 (C-5) in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is one of the three parallel roads that connects Tandang Sora and Congressional Avenues ; that is why it was named after the southernmost mainland of the Philippines, Mindanao. It used to be a 2-kilometer (1.2 mi) highway connecting North Avenue and Congressional Avenue, but as a part of the C-5 projects, Mindanao Avenue was extended to EDSA in the south and to Quirino Highway to the north. The new roads opened in 2000.

Tandang Sora Avenue, formerly known as Banlat Road, is a major east-west thoroughfare bisecting Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a two-to-six lane highway and municipal road that runs for 9.6 kilometers (6.0 mi) from its eastern terminus at Magsaysay Avenue in Pansol and U.P. Campus in Diliman to its western terminus at Quirino Highway in Baesa and Talipapa in Novaliches, crossing Barangays Culiat, New Era, Pasong Tamo, Tandang Sora, and Sangandaan.
