The State Anthem of Ingushetia is one of the national symbols of the Republic of Ingushetia, a federal subject of Russia, along with its flag and coat of arms. The music was composed by Ruslan Zangiyev, with accompanying lyrics by Ingush poet Ramzan Tsurov in 1993. It was first adopted as a de facto regional anthem on 27 August 1993, and then readopted officially on 7 December 2010. [1] [2] [3] [4]
In 1993, the Ingush national congress wanted an anthem for the Republic of Ingushetia, at which the poems written by Ingush poet Ramzan Tsurov were accepted. Later that year, Ingush composer Ruslan Zangiyev put Tsurov's poems into music. Subsequently, the Parliament of Ingushetia officially approved the State Anthem of Ingushetia. [4]

In 2005, Head Murat Zyazikov decided that the anthem of Ingushetia was too aggressive and did not reflect the "people's desire for peace, creation, good neighborly relations", so he approved a new version, titled "My Motherland" (Russian : Моя Родина) to the verses of the Ingush poet Said Chakhkiev. This version, used until 2010, was translated by Igor Lyapin. [7]

The State Anthem of the Republic of Tatarstan was composed by Tatar musician Röstäm Yaxin and was first adopted in 1993 without lyrics. 20 years later, lyrics written by Ramazan Baytimerov were made official.

As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 2,638, with the population of Dzheyrakh accounting for 57.4% of that number.
When the Soviet Union existed, different governments had ruled the northern Caucasus regions of Chechnya and Ingushetia. Within the Mountain Autonomous Socialist Soviet Republic, later annexed into the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic, they were known as the Chechen Autonomous Oblast and the Ingush Autonomous Oblast, which were unified on January 15, 1934, to form the Checheno-Ingush Autonomous Oblast. It was elevated to an autonomous republic as the Checheno-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic from 1936 to 1944 and again from 1957 to 1993. Its capital was Grozny.
