The James Charnley Residence, also known as the Charnley-Persky House, is a historic house museum at 1365 North Astor Street in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Built in 1892, it is one of the few surviving residential works of Louis Sullivan, and features major contributions by Frank Lloyd Wright, who was then working as a draftsman in Sullivan's office. The house is operated as a museum and organization headquarters by The Society of Architectural Historians (SAH). The house was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1998, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Woodchuck Lodge, also known as John Burroughs Memorial State Historic Site is in Roxbury in the western Catskills of Delaware County, New York, was a summertime home of naturalist John Burroughs. He is buried here, at the foot of a rock on which he played as a child. From the gravesite one has a panoramic view of mountains.
The Crailo State Historic Site is a historic, fortified brick manor house in Rensselaer, New York which was originally part of a large patroonship held by Kiliaen van Rensselaer (1586–1643). The word Crailo is derived from kraaien bos and refers to van Rensselaer's Estate in Huizen, Holland, which is also named "Crailo". Fort Crailo is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Louis Armstrong House was the home of Louis Armstrong and his wife Lucille Wilson from 1943 until his death in 1971. Lucille gave ownership of it to the city of New York in order to create a museum focused on her husband. It was designated a New York City Landmark in 1988 and declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976.
The Pi Chapter House of Psi Upsilon Fraternity is a building on the Syracuse University campus that was designed by W. W. Taber. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It is significant for its Neoclassical design, and its historic role as "the oldest intact surviving fraternity residence at Syracuse University and for its association with the emergence of fraternal organizations as major components of Syracuse college life at the turn of the [20th] century."

Adams Basin is a hamlet in Monroe County, New York, United States. The hamlet is the location of the Adams-Ryan House, a historic Erie Canal inn listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 and now operated as a bed and breakfast.
J. Foster Warner (1859–1937), also known as John Foster Warner, was a Rochester, New York-based architect. He was the son of one of Rochester's most prominent 19th century architects, Andrew Jackson Warner (1833-1910). After receiving his architectural training in his father's office, the younger Warner opened his own office in 1889 and remained in continuous practice until his death in 1937.

George Reynolds House is a historic home located at Cape Vincent in Jefferson County, New York. The limestone house is a 1 1⁄2-story, five-bay structure with a gable roof. Modifications undertaken in the 1920s introduced Colonial Revival details. Also on the property is a three-bay frame carriage house.
The Warren Wilson House is a historic home and farm complex located at Cape Vincent in Jefferson County, New York. The limestone farmhouse is a 1 1⁄2-story structure with a three-bay, gabled main block and a 1-story gabled side-frame wing built about 1837. Also on the property are a barn and three sheds.

Louis Menand House is a historic home located at Menands, New York in Albany County, New York. It is a two-story, Queen Anne style farmhouse with a cross gable roof and central chimney. The rear section was built about 1840 and the front section in 1881. It features fishscale shingles on the gable ends. Also on the property are a contributing garage, three sheds, and the foundation of a greenhouse. It is located near the entrance to the Albany Rural Cemetery and the surrounding area was designated the Menand Park Historic District in 1985. A descendant of the original owner is American writer and academic Louis Menand.
