Christianity is a minority in Hunan province of the People's Republic of China. The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Changsha, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Changde and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Hengzhou have their seat in the province. The province has persecution of Christians. Hunan has more than 1000 congregations. [1] The Hunan Bible Institute was founded in 1909. [2] True Jesus Church and The Shouters are present in the province. [3] China Evangelistic Fellowship and China Fountain Group had a large following in 2000. [4]

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Romblon is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines. The Diocese of Romblon has 24 parishes manned by 30 priests and 1 religious SVD brother. The diocese is divided into 6 vicariates. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Capiz. It covers a land area of 1,355 square kilometers and has a population of 227,621 of which 87 per cent are Catholics. Its titular patron is St. Joseph, spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and its secondary patron is the Santo Niño.

Christianity is the largest religion in the Northeastern Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, which borders China. According to the census of 2011 Christians constitute 30.26% of the state's population. The Roman Catholic Church is the largest Christian denomination in the state with around 180,000 adherents. The Arunachal Baptist Church Council is the second largest denomination with 150,000 baptized members in about 1,200 churches and Arunachal Pradesh Christian Revival Church Council (APCRCC) which was started in 1987 at Naharlagun also growing fast.

Henan province of China has one of the largest Christian populations of East Asia. There are believed to be several million Christians in Henan, most of them attending Chinese house churches. Henan is thought to have one of the most significant proportions of Christians of any Chinese province. Henan has one of the largest Protestant populations of the country. Many Protestants of Henan live in rural areas. On August 6, 2004, a hundred house church members were arrested in Henan. During the Boxer Rebellion, Christians were killed in Henan. The Henan Mission, up to 1925 of the Presbyterian Church of Canada, was founded in 1888. The Shouters are active in the province. There is persecution of Christians. Bishop Li Hongye was arrested in Luoyang in 2001. A Henan Bible School exists.

Anhui province of China has one of the largest Christian populations of regions of East Asia. It includes millions of people. According to surveys conducted in 2007 and 2009, 5.30% of the population identifies as Christian. Christianity in Henan is one of the largest Christian populations in East Asia as well. The Shouters are active in the province. The defunct Apostolic Vicariate of Kiang-nan had a long history. The country has Persecution of Christians. Watchman Nee died a martyr in an Anhui labour-camp in 1972.

Christianity is a minority religion in Jiangsu province of China. Elsewhere in China, Christians are found in significant numbers in Henan, in Anhui and in Shandong.

Cheeloo University is defunct. St. Michael's Cathedral, Qingdao and Sacred Heart Cathedral (Jinan) are churches of European style. Another European-style church is due to be built in Qufu, where Confucius originated. This idea was or is opposed by Confucianist groups. There is official action against house churches.

Christianity is a minority in Fujian province of China. The Shouters are present in the province. Churches in Fujian include The Aowei Church of Holy Rosary, Church of Heavenly Peace, Fuzhou, Flower Lane Church, Saint Dominic's Cathedral, Fuzhou, Christ Church, Cangxia, and St. John's Church, Fuzhou. Christianity in Fuqing consisted of 350,000 Christians in the 2000s and is a centre of Christianity. The local churches (affiliation) are estimated to include about half of them. The number of members of the Three-Self Patriotic Movement in Fujian is a high 6-digit figure at least. There are at least 80,000 members of the True Jesus Church in the province. Fujian has many house churches. Christianity has been present in Fujian for centuries. The People's Republic of China has persecution of Christians. Unregistered Catholics are controlled tightly in the province. A house church in Pingtan in Fujian province was demolished in 2006.

Christianity is a minority in Hebei province of China. According to Asia Harvest, estimates from 2020 suggest that of the entire population (77,188,054) about 5.66% is Christian (4,367,917), among which Catholics accounted for 55.25% (2,413,541).

Christianity is a minority in Liaoning, a province of the People's Republic of China. Multimillionaire Leung Moon-Lam intended to build a theme park on the Bible there. The number of Christians in the province has increased dramatically since the Cultural Revolution, having been at about 60,000 in 1965. A significant minority are of Korean origin. The number of registered churches and meeting points exceeds 1000. The number of Protestants exceeds half a million. The number of Christians in Shenyang was estimated to be 200,000 as of 2000. An estimate for 1996 was 70,000. Shenyang has North East Theological Seminary. Liaoning has a far lower number of arrests of Christians than other provinces. Dalian had about 1% Christians in 2003. Fuxin has a Christian population estimated at below 1%.

Christianity is a minority in Jiangxi, the province of China where Taoism is from. There are numerous Christians in Fuzhou, which is the capital of Jiangxi. A Jiangxi Bible School exists. In the 17th century, Catholic missionary Jean Basset was active in Jiangxi and other parts of China. Jiangxi has persecution of Christians. Bishop Zheng Jingmu was arrested in 2000.

Christianity is a minority religion in the Chinese province of Guizhou. Gha-Mu and A-Hmao are ethnic groups with large share of Christians. According to Asia Harvest, estimates from 2020 suggest that of the entire population (34,249,417) about 8.34% is Christian (2,856,965).

Christianity is the second major population in Niger State Nigeria, where Sharia is valid. Nine churches in Kontagora were set ablaze in 2006. Minna has a Living Faith Church, a Grace Baptist Church, Victory Christian Church and The Apostolic Church. The Church of Christ in Nigeria is present in the state. A bomb attack allegedly by Boko Haram killed three persons in All Christian-Fellowship Mission in Suleja, Niger State on July 10, 2011. Muslim Rights Concern has condemned this. Churches in Minna and Gwada have been burned, too. Faith Mission Church is present in the state. A Roman Catholic Diocese of Minna has its seat in the state and decidedly is a minority within its area. Evangelical Church Winning All is present in Madalla. The Evangelical Missionary Society used to be active in the area of Niger State.

The St Mary of the Isle Cathedral, also referred to as the Cathedral of St Mary of the Isle, is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Douglas, Isle of Man. It is part of the Roman Catholic Pastoral Area of St Maughold within the Archdiocese of Liverpool. It is one of two cathedrals on the Island, and one of six Catholic churches. It is referred to locally as St. Mary's. In September 2023, St Mary of the Isle was granted co-cathedral status.
