Crooked Lake Outlet Historic District is a national historic district located near Penn Yan in Yates County, New York. The district is located along a seven-mile recreational trail (the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail) that parallels the Keuka Lake Outlet. The district includes several mill sites along the gorge. It also includes nine areas that contain surface and subsurface archaeological remains. [2]

Keuka Lake is one of the major Finger Lakes in the U.S. state of New York. It is unusual because it is Y-shaped, in contrast to the long and narrow shape of the other Finger Lakes. Because of its shape, it was referred to in the past as Crooked Lake. Keuka means "canoe landing" in the Iroquois language and "lake with an elbow" in the Seneca language.
Keuka Lake State Park is a 621-acre (2.51 km2) state park located in Yates County, New York. The park is located on the north end of the west branch of Keuka Lake, one of the Finger Lakes. The park is in the southeast part of the town of Jerusalem, southeast of Branchport.
The Seneca River flows 61.6 miles (99.1 km) through the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York in the United States. The main tributary of the Oswego River – the second largest river flowing into Lake Ontario – the Seneca drains 3,468 square miles (8,980 km2) in parts of fourteen New York counties. The Seneca flows generally east, and is wide and deep with a gentle gradient. Much of the river has been channelized to form part of the Erie Canal.
The Crooked Lake Canal was a canal in western New York, United States. Built from 1830-1833, the canal linked two Finger Lakes: Keuka and Seneca lakes. The name refers to the unusual shape of Keuka Lake, which was formerly called "Crooked Lake". The Keuka Outlet Trail now follows much of the route of the former canal.

Garrett Memorial Chapel is a small Church in the Norman Gothic Style located on Bluff Point in the town of Jerusalem, in Yates County, New York. On 30 March 2001 the Chapel was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
Morgan Hook and Ladder Company is a historic fire station located at Naples in Ontario County, New York. The original part of the two story, frame structure was built about 1830 as a Federal style dwelling and later expanded and converted to a fire station in 1891 or 1892. It features a prominent hose drying / bell tower. It ceased being used as a fire station in 1926.
Beddoe–Rose Family Cemetery is a historic cemetery located in Keuka Lake State Park at Jerusalem in Yates County, New York. It was established about 1815, and is a settlement era burial ground containing the graves of 14 members of the Beddoe and Rose families. The cemetery remained an active burial ground until 1908. The farm property was acquired for Keuka Lake State Park in the 1950s and the farmhouse subsequently demolished.

Ricker Pond State Park is a state park in Groton, Vermont in the United States. It is one of seven state parks located in Groton State Forest. The park is just off Vermont Route 232. The park provides public access to Ricker Pond, a 95-acre (38 ha) lake in central Groton, and was developed in the 1930s by crews of the Civilian Conservation Corps. Activities includes camping, motor boating, waterskiing, fishing, swimming, paddling, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. The park is open between the Memorial Day and Columbus Day weekends; fees are charged for day use and camping.
Keuka Lake Outlet is a river located in Yates County, New York. It drains Keuka Lake and flows into Seneca Lake by Dresden, New York. The Crooked Lake Canal was developed along the route of the river. The canal was later replaced by a railroad which is now a hiking and cycling trail, the Keuka Outlet Trail.
