Owego Central Historic District is a historic district in Owego in Tioga County, New York. It encompasses 83 contributing buildings, 1 contributing site, and 1 contributing structure. The district is primarily commercial, with some notable civic and institutional buildings. Notable buildings include the former Owego Academy (1828), County Clerk's Office, Owego Village Firehouse (1911), Owego National Bank (1913), Presbyterian Church, and the Greek Revival and Italianate style Riverow commercial complex. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 and its boundaries were increased in 1998.

Genesee Park Historic District is a national historic district located at Geneva in Ontario County, New York. The district contains 16 contributing properties including 14 contributing buildings, one contributing site, and one contributing object. The focal point is Genesee Park, an informally landscaped village green. The district includes a remarkably intact collection of mid- to late-19th century civic, domestic, and religious properties. There are two notable churches: the massive St. Peter's Episcopal Church (1868), designed by Richard Upjohn, and the former North Presbyterian Church (1875), both examples of the Gothic Revival style.
The Maplewood Historic District is located in Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The district is distinguished as having landscape designs, including Maplewood Park, originally laid out by Frederick Law Olmsted.
Church Street–Congress Street Historic District is a national historic district located at Moravia in Cayuga County, New York. The district contains one contributing structure and 123 contributing buildings. It is primarily a residential district and preserves several intact examples from the village's earliest period of development, 1810–1830. Numerous residential structures date to the 1830–1840 period and are in the Greek Revival style. This includes the Federal style Congregational Church (1823). Other churches located in the district are the Romanesque style Baptist Church (1874) and the Gothic Revival St. Matthew's Episcopal Church (1897–1898). The district also includes the Powers Library (1880) building and Moravia High School (1924).
De Witt Park Historic District is a national historic district located at Ithaca in Tompkins County, New York. The district consists of 45 contributing buildings, one contributing site, and three contributing objects. It includes the area developed by the town's founder, Simon De Witt, in the early 19th century. The district includes the separately listed Boardman House and Second Tompkins County Courthouse.
The Fabius Village Historic District in Fabius, New York is a 70-acre (280,000 m2) historic district that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. It includes 57 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, 2 contributing structures, and 4 contributing objects.
Pulaski Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Pulaski in Oswego County, New York. The district includes 27 contributing buildings and two contributing sites located at the intact historic residential and commercial core of the village. The buildings include seven residences, two churches, a courthouse, and 26 commercial structures.
Constableville Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Constableville in Lewis County, New York. The district includes 105 contributing buildings, one contributing structure, and one contributing site. The buildings are commercial, residential, civic, and church structures built primarily between about 1828 and 1900. Also included are a rural cemetery dating from the late 19th century, one historic bridge, and an early 20th-century school.
Clinton Village Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Clinton in Oneida County, New York. The district includes 144 contributing buildings, two contributing structures, two contributing sites, and six contributing objects.
Vernon Center Green Historic District is a national historic district located at Vernon in Oneida County, New York. The district is historically significant as a rare surviving example in central New York State of an eighteenth century New England type village green.
Fly Creek Historic District is a national historic district located at Fly Creek in Otsego County, New York.
Delaware County Courthouse Square District is a national historic district located at Delhi in Delaware County, New York. The district contains 18 contributing buildings and one contributing structure. It consists of a distinctive and unspoiled grouping of 19th century governmental, commercial, and religious structures built around the village green. It includes the county courthouse and clerk's office, the sheriff's office and jail, and a bandstand. It also includes the buildings surrounding the green. The 2+1⁄2-story brick courthouse building was designed by Isaac G. Perry and features a mansard roof. Also within the district are the Presbyterian church (1831) and Bank building (1838).
Franklin Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Franklin in Delaware County, New York. The district contains 242 contributing buildings, four contributing sites, and one contributing object. The majority of the buildings are residential, with three churches, 12 commercial buildings, one industrial structure, five institutional and/or public buildings, four historic cemeteries, and one monument. One of the churches is a board and batten structure reportedly designed by Richard Upjohn and his son Richard M. Upjohn in 1865. Located within the district is the separately listed New Stone Hall.
Bainbridge Historic District is a national historic district located at Bainbridge in Chenango County, New York. The district includes 93 contributing buildings, two contributing sites, one contributing structure, and one contributing object. It encompasses the village's most intensive concentration of historically and architecturally significant properties. It includes commercial, residential, civic, and ecclesiastical buildings. It includes the village green with bandstand and the adjacent United Presbyterian Church (1831) and St. Peter's Episcopal Church (1826). Other notable buildings include the Bainbridge Town Hall (1909), Old Jericho Tavern, and First United Methodist Church (1902). Located within the district are the house and carriage house of the separately listed Charles C. Hovey House and Strong Leather Company Mill.
Oxford Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Oxford in Chenango County, New York. The district includes 201 contributing buildings and seven contributing structures. It encompasses the village's historic core and includes commercial, residential, civic, and ecclesiastical buildings. Among the notable buildings are the First National Bank of Oxford building (1894), James Clarke House building, Baptist Church, and Gerritt Van Wagenen house (1824). Located within the district are the separately listed Theodore Burr House and US Post Office-Oxford.
The Clinton Historical Society, in Clinton, Oneida County, New York, is a historical society housed in a historic building. The building, built in 1832, is also known as Old Baptist Church of Clinton, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
