The Cemetery of the Evergreens, also called The Evergreens Cemetery, is a non-denominational rural cemetery along the Cemetery Belt in Brooklyn and Queens, New York City. It was incorporated in 1849, not long after the passage of New York's Rural Cemetery Act spurred development of cemeteries outside Manhattan. For a time, it was the busiest cemetery in New York City; in 1929 there were 4,673 interments. Today, the Evergreens is the final resting place of more than 526,000 people.
Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion State Historic Park is a 50-acre (20 ha) state park located at 151 Charlotte Street in Canandaigua, New York, at the north end of Canandaigua Lake, in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. The house and gardens are open to the public every day, May through October.
Wave Hill is a 28-acre (11 ha) estate in the Hudson Hill section of Riverdale in the Bronx, New York City. Wave Hill currently consists of public horticultural gardens and a cultural center, all situated on the slopes overlooking the Hudson River, with expansive views across the river to the New Jersey Palisades. The estate includes two houses and a botanical garden. The oldest part of the main house, Wave Hill House, dates to 1843; Glyndor House dates from 1927 and contains a multi-room art gallery. Perkins Visitor Center, which was originally a garage, contains a gift shop and an information desk.
Caleb Smith State Park Preserve is a state park located in Suffolk County, New York in the United States. The park is near the north shore of Long Island in the town of Smithtown. Prior to its current name, the park was called Nissequogue River State Park, a name now used for park lands on the former Kings Park Psychiatric Center grounds. Previously, it was simply known as the Wyandanch Preserve.

Sackets Harbor Battlefield State Historic Site is a historically important location in Jefferson County, New York, United States. The historic site is south of the Village of Sackets Harbor, bordering Lake Ontario in the Town of Hounsfield. Two battles were fought near this location during the War of 1812. Some 3,000 men worked at the shipyard building warships, and the village was fortified and garrisoned with thousands of troops.

The Harry E. Donnell House, also known as The Hill, is a historic 33-room Tudor Revival mansion located on the north shore of Long Island, at 71 Locust Lane, Eatons Neck, Suffolk County, New York. The mansion was designed by New York City architect Harry E. Donnell for his wife, Ruth Robinson Donnell on 200 acres (81 ha) of land given to the couple by Ruth's father George H. Robinson. The mansion was constructed in June, 1902 and completed in January, 1903 by the Randall and Miller Company of Freeport, New York. When completed, the mansion had dual waterfronts. The east lawn extended from the mansion to Duck Island Harbor, and had sweeping views of Long Island Sound, while the south lawn extended to Northport Bay. About 80 acres (32 ha) northwest of the mansion was fashioned into a golf course.

Crandall Farm Complex is a historic home and farm complex located at Cazenovia in Madison County, New York. The frame farmhouse was built about 1870 and is a two-story, frame residence in the vernacular Italianate style. Also on the property are two barns, carriage house, privy, shed, and cobblestone well house.
The Dennisville Historic District is a 60-acre (24 ha) national historic district in the Dennisville section of Dennis Township in Cape May County, New Jersey. The district is bounded by Petersburg Road, Main Street, Church Road, Hall Avenue, Fidler and Academy Roads, and Route 47. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 24, 1987, for its significance in architecture, industry and maritime history. The district includes 58 contributing buildings. The district boundary was increased in 2016 and now includes the William S. Townsend House, which was previously listed individually.
The Elm Grange, also known as Evergreen Acres, was a historic home located near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1840, and was a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, L-shaped brick dwelling with a two-story rear wing. It had a center hall plan. It had a gable roof with dormers and the front facade featured a tetra-style porch with fluted columns.
Evergreen Lands is a historic home located at Rhinebeck, Dutchess County, New York. It was designed by architect John Russell Pope in the Tudor Revival style. It was built about 1932 and is a one to two story dwelling, asymmetrical, with a steeply pitched slate hipped roof. The first story is built of fieldstone, with stucco and half-timbering above. Also on the property are three contributing sheds and a stone wall. The house was built for Laura Delano, a cousin of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. It was originally intended for use as a caretaker's cottage for a larger house that was never built.

The settlement is centered around the intersection of Zentek Road and County Route 604. It is about 3 miles (4.8 km) from Ringoes to the east and 1 mile (1.6 km) from Sergeantsville to the west. The Headquarters Historic District was listed on the state and national registers of historic places in 2011 and had its boundary increased in 2016.
