Montour is a town in Schuyler County, New York, United States. The population was 2,446 at the 2000 census. The town is one of two towns in the county named after Catherine Montour.
Montour Falls is a village located in Schuyler County, New York, United States. The population was 2,714 at the time of the 2020 census. A waterfall at the end of West Main Street gives the village its name. The name "Montour" is derived from Queen Catharine Montour, a prominent Native American woman of Seneca Indian heritage who lived at the village site in the 18th century.

The visual focus of the district is known as the "Glorious T" around the intersection of Genesee and Main Streets. Notable structures include the Sheriff's Office, Schuyler County Clerk's Office, Montour Falls Village Hall, Montour Falls Memorial Library, and the Greek Revival style Ashton residence.
Weston Schoolhouse is a historic one-room school building located at Weston in Schuyler County, New York. It is a one-room, one story, gable roofed frame building built about 1870. It was used as a school until 1940.
Oran District No. 22 Schoolhouse is a historic one-room school building located at Oran in Onondaga County, New York. It is a one-story frame building on a stone foundation, 25 feet wide and 41 feet deep. It was originally built in the 1830s as a store and post office. It was remodeled sometime before the 1860s for use as a school. It ceased being used as a school in 1951 and is now used as a community center.
Pompey Centre District No. 10 Schoolhouse is a historic one-room school building located at Pompey Center in Onondaga County, New York. It is a one-story frame building on a stone foundation, 24 feet wide and 32 feet deep. The roof features a small belfry. It was built in 1857 and ceased being used as a school in 1943.
District School No. 19 is a historic one-room school building located at Hounsfield in Jefferson County, New York. It is a one-story, rectangular one room structure built about 1837 of rubble Chaumont limestone. It was last used as a school in 1938.

Rippleton Schoolhouse is a historic one-room school building located at Cazenovia in Madison County, New York. It was built in 1814 and remodelled in 1884. It consists of two gabled units and is built of a heavy timber mortise and tenon framework. It was moved to its present site on the grounds of the Lorenzo State Historic Site in 1997.
District School No. 3 is a historic one-room school building located at Castleton-on-Hudson in Rensselaer County, New York. It was built in 1870 and is a one-story, rectangular massed, brick building in the Italianate style. It remained in use as a school until 1951. Also on the property is a gable roofed garage (1931), a coal / wood shed, and a stone capped well.
The Mooresburg School is a one-story building in Mooresburg, Pennsylvania, USA, that was constructed in 1875 and rebuilt in 1891. It is a brick vernacular building measuring thirty-five feet by twenty-eight feet on a fieldstone foundation and is located on the south side of Pennsylvania Route 642 and Pennsylvania Route 45 one half mile east of Mooresburg. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
The 14th Regiment Armory, also known as the Eighth Avenue Armory and the Park Slope Armory, is a historic National Guard armory building located on Eighth Avenue between 14th and 15th Streets in the South Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, United States. The building is a brick and stone castle-like structure, and designed to be reminiscent of medieval military structures in Europe. It was built in 1891–95 and was designed in the Late Victorian style by William A. Mundell.
Montour Falls Union Grammar School is a historic elementary school building located at Montour Falls in Schuyler County, New York. It was built in 1929, and is a two-story, "T"-shaped, Classical Revival style steel frame and brick building over a full basement. It features a Collegiate Gothic Tudor-arched opening flanked by buttresses and a stepped parapet. The school was closed in 1965, and has been rehabilitated into apartments and a day care. In 1965, the property was subsequently taken over by the County and has been known as the Rural Urban Center, housing County offices until 2008. It has been lovingly restored to include eight residential units and professional spaces. Nevertheless, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
