FAW Jilin (一汽吉林) is a subsidiary of the First Automobile Works and a maker of mini vehicles, small trucks and vans that see commercial use. It is located in Jilin City, Jilin province, China.

Xu Jianyi is a former Chinese politician and entrepreneur. He was the Chairman of FAW Group, the delegate of the 17th and 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, the member of the 11th and 12th National People's Congress. On March 15, 2015, Xu Jianyi was placed under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. In 2017, Xu was sentenced to 11 years in prison for bribery.

The Hongqi L5 is a large retro styled full size luxury car produced by Chinese automobile manufacturer Hongqi, a subsidiary of FAW Group since 2014, whose design was inspired by the discontinued Hongqi CA770. The L5 serves as Hongqi's current flagship vehicle for the Chinese automotive market.

The Hongqi H5 is a compact executive car produced by Chinese automobile manufacturer Hongqi, a subsidiary of FAW Group from 2017. It was positioned under the Hongqi H7 full-size luxury car. The second generation Hongqi H5 was unveiled in 2022 with updated design language shared with the Hongqi H9 flagship.

GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., trading as GAC Aion, is a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer headquartered in Guangzhou, China. A subsidiary of GAC Group, it was established in 2017 as the GAC New Energy Automobile. Its current name was adopted in November 2020. It produces battery electric vehicles under the eponymous Aion brand and the premium Hyptec brand.
