Riich was an upmarket marque of the Chinese automaker Chery. Its models included a microvan, large sedans and supermini Riich M series, including a five-door hatchback (M1), a small sedan (M5) and a five-door crossover (X1). The marque was launched in March 2009. The brand experienced poor sales and in September 2012. Due to that, Chery announced that it would be discontinued. Sales of Riich vehicles ended in April 2013.

The Derways Automobile Company was a Russian automaker located in Cherkessk, Karachay-Cherkessia. The company was founded in 2003 as the first private car manufacturer of Russia and as a part of the Russian Mercury Group. Since June 2007 the company is building 100,000 units for the local market within a joint venture with the Chinese firms Lifan Group and Liaoning SG Automotive Group Co., Ltd. The second plant of Derways was opened in the fall 2009. About 3,000 workers were employed by Derways.

Trumpchi is an automotive marque owned by the Chinese automaker GAC Group. It was launched in December 2010. The Trumpchi brand is operated in Chinese domestic market while it is rebranded as GAC Motor in overseas markets.

He Xiaopeng is a Chinese entrepreneur, best known for co-founding companies including XPeng Motors, an intelligent electric vehicle manufacturer, and UCWeb, the Chinese mobile Internet software and service provider he co-founded in 2004. UCWeb was acquired by Alibaba Group in June 2014 in the largest M&A deal ever in Chinese Internet industry. The Haima S5 is a Compact CUV that is manufactured by the Chinese manufacturer Haima. The first generation model was launched in 2014 and sold through 2017. The second generation Haima S5 launched in 2018 is still based on the same platform and is technically an extensive facelift of the first generation model. The second generation model was launched during the 2018 Beijing Auto Show. As of January 2021, a plug-in hybrid version called the Haima 6P was launched based on the second generation model while utilizing the same basic exterior styling.
