Léonie Adams American poet

Léonie Fuller Adams was an American poet. She was appointed the seventh Poet Laureate Consultant in Poetry to the Library of Congress in 1948.

Anthony Angarola (1893–1929) was an American painter, printmaker, and art instructor. He graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Since he was an Italian immigrant himself, his work focused on people who struggled to adapt to a foreign culture.

William Auerbach-Levy was a Belarusian born American artist of Jewish origin known for his paintings, etchings and caricatures.
