Prince of WalesCivil Ensign of the United Kingdom.svg  United Kingdom The ship was wrecked on the Trinity Sand, in the North Sea off the mouth of the Humber with the loss of all hands. She was on a voyage from London to Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. [4]
