Note: Chung Mei Tsuen and Lo Uk Tsuen are combined into one village called Chung Mei Lo Uk Tsuen (涌尾老屋村). Tsing Yi residents prefer to call this village Chung Mei Tsuen.

Hong Kong has a long coastline that is full of twists and turns with many bays and beaches. Many of them are well sheltered by mountains nearby, as Hong Kong is a mountainous place. As a result, large waves seldom appear at the bays, making them suitable for human swimming.
Most of the walled villages of Hong Kong are located in the New Territories.
Sheung Shui is an area in the New Territories, Hong Kong. Sheung Shui Town, a part of this area, is part of the Fanling–Sheung Shui New Town in the North District of Hong Kong. Fanling Town is to its southeast.
Fanling is a town in the New Territories East of Hong Kong. Administratively, it is part of the North District. Fanling Town is the main settlement of the Fanling area. The name Fanling is a shortened form of Fan Pik Leng (粉壁嶺). The area has several public and private estates.
Plover Cove also known for its Chinese names Shuen Wan Hoi or Shuen Wan (船灣), is a cove in the Tai Po District of Hong Kong, near Tolo Channel and Tolo Harbour.
Shap Sze Heung, sometimes transliterated as Shap Sz Heung, is an area in Hong Kong located in the northern part of the Sai Kung Peninsula.
Tsuen Wan Rural Committee (荃灣鄉事委員會) is a rural committee representing the interest of villages in Tsuen Wan and Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.
Shek Pik is an area located along the southwestern coast of Lantau Island, Hong Kong. When the Shek Pik Reservoir was built, villages at Shek Pik were demolished and the villagers were relocated to other parts of Lantau Island and to Tsuen Wan. Below the dam of the reservoir is Shek Pik Prison.
Sha Lo Wan is a bay in the northwest Lantau Island, Hong Kong. The bay faces north to Hong Kong International Airport. The area is occupied by indigenous inhabitants. There is no vehicular access to the area and thus their communication is on foot or by ferry. Because of their inconvenient access to urban areas, villages in the area have suffered from depopulation. Only older generations live in these villages.
Shap Pat Heung is an area in the New Territories of Hong Kong. Located south of Yuen Long and northeast of Tai Tong, the area occupies the plain north of hills of Tai Lam. The Cantonese name 'Shap Pat Heung' means 'eighteen villages' at its beginning. It was later expanded to thirty villages. Administratively, it is part of the Yuen Long District.
Lung Yeuk Tau, commonly known as Lung Ku Tau and also called Lung Ling is an area located northeast of Luen Wo Hui in Fanling, New Territories, Hong Kong.
Sham Chung is a Hakka village and an area of Neolithic settlement in Hong Kong. It is located in the south of Tolo Channel, beside Three Fathoms Cove on the Sai Kung Peninsula. Administratively, it is part of Tai Po District.
The Tuen Mun Rural Committee is a rural committee in Hong Kong. It was founded by rural leader Chan Yat-sen in 1953 with representatives from 29 villages in Tuen Mun. Today the rural committee consisted of 36 villages and 69 village representatives.
The Tung O Ancient Trail on Lantau Island, Hong Kong, was once an important passage for villagers to commute between Tung Chung and Tai O. The coastal trail starts at modern Tung Chung in the east, passes mangroves and bays and ends in the traditional Tai O fishing village. About 10 km in length, it is one of the most popular walking trails in Northwest Lantau.
