The Second Baptist Church, located at 441 Monroe Street within Greektown in Detroit, Michigan, is the oldest African-American church in the Midwestern United States. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1974 listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

The First Baptist Church of Camillus is a historic Baptist church located at 23 Genesee Street in the Village of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York. It is credited to architect Archimedes Russell and built in 1879-1880. It is a brick church building consisting of a rectangular nave with a steeply pitched gable roof, corner bell tower and steeple, and a hip roofed church hall at the rear. The Camillus Baptist Church was organized in 1804.
The Arden Park–East Boston Historic District is a neighborhood in the City of Detroit, Michigan, bounded on the west by Woodward Avenue, on the north by East Boston Boulevard, on the east by Oakland Avenue, and on the south by Arden Park Boulevard. The area is immediately adjacent to the larger Boston-Edison Historic District, on the opposite side of Woodward Avenue, and is in close proximity to Atkinson Avenue. There are 92 homes in the district, all on East Boston and Arden Park Boulevards. Arden Park Boulevard and East Boston Boulevard feature prominent grassy medians with richly planted trees and flowers. The setbacks of the homes are deep, with oversized lots. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

It was built between 1875 and 1877, and consists of a rectangular main church section, front entry pavilion, and tall rectangular bell tower. The brick building features Gothic arched openings and stone tracery.
First Presbyterian Church built in 1873 is an historic Carpenter Gothic-style Presbyterian Church building located at 60 East Main Street in Oyster Bay, in the U.S. state of New York. Its architect was J. Cleaveland Cady, who was just beginning his career and would go on to design the original Metropolitan Opera House, the American Museum of Natural History, buildings at Yale University, Trinity College, and 23 other churches, but he never designed any other churches in the Carpenter Gothic style.
The First Baptist Church of Fairport is a historic Baptist church located at 94 South Main Street at Church Street in Fairport, Monroe County, New York. It was built in 1876, and is a 2 1/2-story, cruciform plan, High Victorian Gothic church. It is constructed of brick and rests on a Medina sandstone foundation. It has a large square corner tower topped by a tall narrow spire. It features ornamental stone trim, a steeply pitched gray slate roof, and 72 original stained, leaded glass windows. In 2006 a national drugstore tried to buy the land but, in response to adverse local reactions including a concert held by local youth musicians, money was raised to help repair the church instead.

It is a Gothic Revival-style church designed by Boston architect George F. Newton and constructed in 1906, as home to North Presbyterian Church. In 1952, the church became the Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation.
Delaware Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church, also known as Asbury-Delaware Methodist Church, is a historic Methodist Episcopal Church located at Buffalo in Erie County, New York. It was constructed in two phases between 1871 and 1876 and is a distinct example of High Victorian Gothic ecclesiastical architecture. In 2006, the structure became home to Righteous Babe Records, and known as "The Church" or "Babeville".

Laurel and Michigan Avenues Row was a set of historic rowhouses located at Buffalo in Erie County, New York. It was a set of speculative multi-unit frame residences designed to resemble rowhouses. The set of nine frame, two story rowhouses were built about 1880. They were demolished in 1997.
Rev. J. Edward Nash Sr. House is a historic home located at Buffalo in Erie County, New York. The house was constructed in 1892 and is in the Queen Anne style. It was home to Rev. J. Edward Nash Sr. (1868–1957), a prominent leader in Buffalo's African American community. He served as pastor at the Michigan Avenue Baptist Church from 1892 to 1953. Rev. Nash purchased the frame, two flat home in 1925 and his wife remained in the home until 1987. The house underwent exterior restoration in 2002-2003 and has been designated the Nash House Museum.
Buffalo North Breakwater South End Light is a lighthouse formerly located at the entrance to Buffalo Harbor, Buffalo, New York. It is one of two "bottle shaped" beacons located in Buffalo Harbor; the other is the South Buffalo North Side Light. It is a 29-foot (8.8 m) high beacon constructed of boiler plate. It measures 10 feet 3⁄4 inch (3.067 m) at the bottom and 2 feet 3 inches (0.69 m) at the top. It is distinguished by four cast iron port windows and a curved iron door. It was first lit on September 1, 1903, and originally equipped with a 6th-order Fresnel lens. A battery operated 12 volt lamp with a 12 inches (300 mm) green plastic lens was installed in the beacon c. 1960, when a domed roof formerly mounted over the lens was removed. The beacon was removed in 1985, and now stands on the grounds of the Buffalo (main) Light. Its twin is located at the Dunkirk Lighthouse and Veterans Park Museum.

The church was constructed in 1845 and is an example of Greek Revival style, cobblestone ecclesiastical architecture. It is a rectangular, gable roofed building built primarily of lake washed cobbles. It is among the approximately 101 cobblestone buildings in Ontario County and 26 in the village and town of Phelps.
