Palmyra is a village in Wayne County, New York, United States. The population was 3,536 at the 2010 census. The village, along with the town, is named after Palmyra in present-day Syria.

It was originally built as the Third Judicial District Courthouse from 1874 to 1877, and was designed by architect Frederick Clarke Withers of the firm of Vaux and Withers.

Zion Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church in Palmyra, Wayne County, New York. It was designed in a Late Gothic Revival style by Emlyn T. Littel and was built in 1872. It is built of Medina sandstone with limestone trim. Its roof features polychrome slate shingles.

Lowertown Historic District is a national historic district located at Lockport in Niagara County, New York. The district is predominantly residential in nature, with some commercial structures and warehouses. The mose elegant homes are along Market Street, east of Chapel Street, facing the Erie Canal. Notable structures in this district include the Western Block Company Warehouse, a 2+1⁄2-story stone structure built before 1855; Lockport Bank Building built in 1829, and located at 315-319 Market Street; Washington Hunt House, built in 1831 and home to New York Governor Washington Hunt, and located at 363 Market Street; the former Christ Episcopal Church at 425 Market Street; and the Vine Street School, an Italianate style one-room school built in 1864.

All of the principal buildings are used for commercial purposes and are sited along or near the curving south rim of the Genesee River gorge at the rim of the High Falls. The district comprises a collection of 19th-century industrial buildings built of brick and stone, and ranging in size from one- to six-stories. Also in the district is the mill race and the 19th century iron Pont De Rennes bridge, which is used today as a pedestrian bridge and viewing platform of the High Falls and surrounding gorge.
State Street Historic District is a national historic district located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The district consists of the last surviving continuous row of 19th-century masonry commercial buildings within Rochester's Inner Loop. They were developed between 1825 and 1900 and the row forms an unpretentious unbroken wall of 12 buildings. The oldest building is located at 141-147 State Street and was constructed about 1825.
East Main Street Commercial Historic District is a national historic district located at Palmyra in Wayne County, New York, USA. The district encompasses Palmyra's downtown business area and contains two blocks of solid, brick 19th century commercial architecture. These almost unbroken commercial facades are two and three stories high with a variety of cornice detail and first floor treatment. Included are a number of cast iron storefronts.

The Old Eagle Tavern is a historic building located at 431, 433 South Broad Street at the corner of Ferry Street in Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey. The building was built in 1765 by Robert Waln. The building operated as a tavern and hotel from 1765 to 1896. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 3, 1972 for its architectural, commercial, and political significance. The building is also a contributing property of the Trenton Ferry Historic District, which was listed on June 26, 2013.

The Cedar Rapids Post Office and Public Building, also known as the Witwer Building, is an historic building located in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States. It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. In 2015 it was included as a contributing property in the Cedar Rapids Central Business District Commercial Historic District.
The Goedert Meat Market, also known as the Main Street Mall, is a historic building located in McGregor, Iowa, United States. The two-story, single-unit, brick building was completed in 1890 in the Italianate style. It maintains the only complete cast-iron storefront in town. The storefront was manufactured by Mesker Bros. Front Builders of St. Louis, Missouri. The facility dates from the time when all aspects of the meat business from slaughter, to processing, to sales were housed in one building. The New York-style meat market was built for John Goedert, who maintained his residence upstairs. By the turn of the 20th-century it housed Bergman's deli/butcher shop, and remained a butcher shop until 1944. The building was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1996. In 2002 it was listed as a contributing property in the McGregor Commercial Historic District.
