Guilderland is a town in Albany County, New York, United States. In the 2020 census, the town had a population of 36,848. The town is named for the Gelderland province in the Netherlands. The town of Guilderland is on the central-northwest border of the county. It is just west of Albany, the capital of the U.S. state of New York.

It is part of National Capital Parks-East. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
Brook Farm is a historic country estate farm at 4203 Twenty Mile Stream Road in Cavendish, Vermont. It includes one of the state's grandest Colonial Revival mansion houses, and surviving outbuildings of a model farm of the turn of the 20th century. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. The property is now home to the Brook Farm Vineyard.
Martin Farm Complex is a historic home and farm complex located at Lima in Livingston County, New York. The complex consists of a gentleman farmer's Italian villa farmhouse along with a full complement of contributing agricultural outbuildings. In addition to the farmhouse, there are eleven contributing buildings, two structures, one site, and four objects dating from the mid-19th century to the 1930s. They include a brick office building, milk house, sheds, privy, carriage barn, chicken house, four barns, a pergola, smoke house, cast iron fence, stepping stone, and two hitching posts.
MacDonald Farm is a historic farm complex located at Meredith in Delaware County, New York, United States. The complex consists of the main farm house, a hops barn now used as a garage, privy, smokehouse, incubator shed, barn, straw barn, creamery, mill building, and two residences built for married hired hands. The farm house was built in 1851 and most of the buildings were built between 1870 and 1900.
Greenmead Historical Park, also known as Greenmead Farms, is a 3.2-acre (1.3 ha) historic park located at 38125 Base Line Rd., Livonia, Michigan. It includes the 1841 Greek Revival Simmons House, six other structures contributing to the historic nature of the property, and additional buildings moved from other locations. Greenmead Farms was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1971 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.

John and Henry Crouse Farm Complex is a historic home and farm complex located at Guilderland in Albany County, New York. The original house was built about 1790 and became the rear wing when the large, two story front addition was constructed about 1860. It features a shed roofed portico with lattice supports. Also on the property are a barn and a shed that was used as a tannery.
Freeman House is a historic home located at Guilderland in Albany County, New York. The original house was built about 1734; a western addition was built about 1750; and a rear ell was added about 1800. It is a two-story Dutch Colonial house with a gable roof and built of large, smooth finished beams. It is one of the finest and oldest colonial period buildings in Guilderland, and may be the oldest frame house in Guilderland.
Rose Hill is a historic home located at Guilderland in Albany County, New York. It was built about 1840 and is a two-story Federal style dwelling. It has a hipped roof crowned by a balustrade and symmetrically placed chimneys. It features a central front porch with Latticework decoration. It was built by Volkert Veeder, agent for Stephen Van Rensselaer and active worker in colonizing the town. Also on the property is a barn, privy, and shed.
Van Patten Barn Complex is a historic barn complex located at Guilderland in Albany County, New York. The complex consists of a dutch barn built about 1700 and two English barns built about 1830.
Vanderpool Farm Complex is a historic home and barn located at Guilderland in Albany County, New York. The house was built about 1855 and has a two-story main block with 1+1⁄2-story ell. It features a classical, recessed center entrance with side lights and transom. The Dutch barn was built about 1800 and a small shed connects it to the adjacent small English barn.
