Catharine is a town in Schuyler County, New York, United States. The population was 1,762 at the 2010 census. The town is one of two in the county named after Catherine Montour, a Native American interpreter and leader in the area. The Town of Catharine is in the southeastern part of the county and is north of Elmira.

This is a list of the National Register of Historic Places listings in Montour County, Pennsylvania.
There are 73 properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Albany, New York, United States. Six are additionally designated as National Historic Landmarks (NHLs), the most of any city in the state after New York City. Another 14 are historic districts, for which 20 of the listings are also contributing properties. Two properties, both buildings, that had been listed in the past but have since been demolished have been delisted; one building that is also no longer extant remains listed.
Bedford Corners Historic District is a historic district located at Portville in Cattaraugus County, New York. The district consists of three structures located at the intersection at New York State Route 305 and Deer Creek Road / Dodge Creek Road. The structures are a two-story, "L" shaped, frame dwelling built about 1856 by early settler Jacob Bedford; a one-room schoolhouse built in 1864; and the Bedford Corners Cheese Factory / Grange Hall built after 1886. The district also includes the 50 acres (20 ha) surrounding the structures.
Lee School is a historic one-room school building located at Montour in Schuyler County, New York. It is a one-room, one story, gable roofed frame building built in 1884. It served the town as Montour District #1 School until 1937.
The Schuyler County Courthouse Complex is a historic courthouse complex located on North Frankln Street between 9th and 10th Streets in Watkins Glen in Schuyler County, New York. It consists of a three building government complex. The courthouse, built in 1855, is a two-story, rectangular brick building on a stone foundation. It features an inset square tower with an ogee roof and weather vane. It also has a small pedimented porch supported by Doric order columns. The Sheriff's residence is a two-story brick structure with hipped roof and cupola. The third building is the one story Clerk's office that measures 22 feet by 38 feet.
Brick Tavern Stand, also known as Clawson House, is a historic inn and tavern located at Montour Falls in Schuyler County, New York. It was built in 1828 and is a two-story, five bay Federal style brick structure featuring a recessed entrance. Built originally as a tavern on the stagecoach lines of the Finger Lakes Region, it was later modified for use as Bethesda Sanitarium and operated by Dr. Charles Deland Clawson. In 1974, it became home to the Schuyler County Historical Society.
Old Homer Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Homer in Cortland County, New York. The district includes the historic core of the village of Homer centered on the village green. It includes a mix of residential, commercial, civic, and religious structures. Residences are primarily 2-story frame structures and commercial structures are 2- and 3-story structures constructed of brick. Included within the district is the Homer Town Hall (1908), the 3+1⁄2-story Jebediah Barber building (1863), 3-story Brockway Block (1887–1888), and residences dating to the 1810s. Also located within the district boundaries is the U.S. Post Office.
Boonville Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Boonville in Oneida County, New York. The district includes 74 contributing buildings, two contributing structures, and two contributing sites. It includes a grouping of architecturally significant buildings that front on the triangular intersection created by Main, Post, and East Schuyler streets. Located within the district are the separately listed Erwin Library and Pratt House and US Post Office-Boonville.
Hudson Falls Historic District is a national historic district located at Hudson Falls in Washington County, New York. It includes 148 contributing buildings, one contributing site, and two contributing objects. It encompasses the historic center of the village including residential, commercial, civic, and ecclesiastical buildings, centered on the village park. The buildings were built between 1812 and 1935, the majority between 1875 and 1900, and reflect a variety of 19th and early-20th-century architectural styles. Located within the district is the former Washington County Courthouse (1873) and the separately listed US Post Office-Hudson Falls. One of the oldest structures is a law office building constructed about 1810 and located at 177 Main Street. It is notable as having been the office for Henry C. Martindale (1780-1860) and his clerk, New York Governor Silas Wright (1795-1847).
Stuyvesant Falls Mill District is a national historic district located in the town of Stuyvesant in Columbia County, New York. The district includes six contributing buildings, five contributing sites, and two contributing structures. They are the industrial sites and power sources from which the adjoining village of Stuyvesant Falls derived its livelihood. It includes the Upper and Lower Falls and mill dams; on the east bank of Kinderhook Creek the sites of a grist mill and paper mill, cotton mill, woolen mill complex and extant hydroelectric plant; west bank operations including three extant 19th century cotton mills and several dwellings. Also included is an iron truss bridge erected in 1899.
Three Squares Historic District is a national historic district located at Glens Falls, Warren County, New York. It includes 75 contributing buildings, one contributing site, and one contributing object. It encompasses Glens Falls historic and contemporary commercial center. The buildings generally consist of brick commercial, office, and institutional structures between two and five stories in height. Because of devastating fires in 1862 and 1902, the majority of the buildings were built between 1902 and 1930. Notable buildings include the Italianate style Cowles block (1865), Neoclassical style Rogers Building (1926-1927), Beaux-Arts style Empire Theater (1899), and Neoclassical style Glens Falls City Hall (1900).
Montour Falls Union Grammar School is a historic elementary school building located at Montour Falls in Schuyler County, New York. It was built in 1929, and is a two-story, "T"-shaped, Classical Revival style steel frame and brick building over a full basement. It features a Collegiate Gothic Tudor-arched opening flanked by buttresses and a stepped parapet. The school was closed in 1965, and has been rehabilitated into apartments and a day care. In 1965, the property was subsequently taken over by the County and has been known as the Rural Urban Center, housing County offices until 2008. It has been lovingly restored to include eight residential units and professional spaces. Nevertheless, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
