One Sports is a Philippine sports channel owned by MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PLDT. It was launched on January 9, 2019 exclusively on satellite provider Cignal. One Sports is the second Cignal channel launched under the One branding, along with the English-language news channel One News and Filipino-language news/talk channel One PH. [1]

On March 8, 2020, it was launched on free TV and other pay television operators replacing 5 Plus, while its other counterpart has been rebranded as One Sports+.

5 (TV channel) TV channel in the Philippines

The 5 Network, or simply 5, is a Philippine free-to-air television network based in Mandaluyong City. It is the flagship property of TV5 Network, Inc., which is owned by MediaQuest Holdings, the multimedia arm of Philippine-based telecommunications company PLDT. 5 is also formally referred to as "The Kapatid Network", the Tagalog term for "sibling", which was introduced in 2010.

Solar Sports

Solar Sports is a Filipino 24-hour cable TV sports channel, which serves as the flagship cable channel of Solar Entertainment Corporation, and based in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The channel was launched on January 1, 1994 and is available for Sky Cable, Cablelink and contract for local cable operators and via livestreaming.

One Sports is the sports division of TV5, currently with a partnership agreement with US-based sports network ESPN. ESPN5 supplies and airs major sporting events in the Philippines and the world for free-to-air TV channels 5, One Sports and Cignal-exclusive channels One Sports+ and PBA Rush.

Basketball TV Philippine all-basketball channel

Basketball TV or BTV was a Philippine pay television television sports channel with offices in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. It was owned by the Solar Entertainment Corporation. It was launched on October 1, 2006, rebranding the Sports Plus channel. On September 25, 2019, it announced on its official Facebook page as well as on its Instagram and Twitter accounts that the channel and NBA Premium TV will cease their operations on October 1, 2019. The final program to air on this channel was a replay of NBA Playoff Playback on 30 September 2019 before signing off at 12:00 m. n. on 1 October 2019.

Sky Sport is a group of sports satellite TV channels in the German language produced and broadcast by Sky Deutschland.

Aksyon TV was a Philippine free-to-air television network. It was a joint venture of Nation Broadcasting Corporation and TV5 Network, Inc., both under PLDT media arm MediaQuest Holdings. Its programs were primarily produced by TV5's divisions News5 and ESPN5. AksyonTV formerly broadcasts terrestrially through DWNB-TV in Metro Manila, as well as on UHF channel 29 in Cebu, Davao and other relay stations, and on a digital subchannel via channel 5.2 in Metro Manila. It occupies the frequency previously used by MTV Philippines, a subsidiary of MTV Networks Asia Pacific until 2006.

The PBA on ESPN5 is the presentation of Philippine Basketball Association basketball games which started in the 2011-12 season. Telecasts are produced by ESPN5, the sports division of TV5 Network Inc., and aired through 5 and simulcasted through livestreaming at ESPN5's official website and YouTube channel. Also, there is a separate coverage in English commentary on PBA Rush starting July 15, 2016.

Hyper was a sports and entertainment satellite and cable television channel based in Mandaluyong City. It was owned and operated by MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund through The 5 Network and ESPN 5.

TV5 Network Inc. commonly known as TV5 is a Filipino media company based in Mandaluyong City. It is owned by MediaQuest Holdings, an investee company of Philippine telecommunications giant PLDT, through its Beneficial Trust Fund, and headed by business tycoon Manuel V. Pangilinan.

Cignal HD Spikers

The Cignal HD Spikers are a professional volleyball club in the Philippines playing in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) and the Spikers' Turf. The club is owned by Cignal TV, Inc., a subsidiary of MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., a PLDT company.

Bloomberg TV Philippines was a Philippine pay television business exclusively to Cignal's channel lineup. United States-based Bloomberg Television made a partnership with TV5 Network and Cignal, both under MediaQuest Holdings, on March 25, 2015 to launch a local franchise of the international news channel.

Sky Direct

Sky Direct is a direct-broadcast satellite subscription television service in the Philippines owned and operated by Sky, a subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corporation. Sky Cable has been eyeing for a DBS service and considered on acquiring Dream Satellite TV from Antonio O. Cojuangco, Jr. The acquisition of Dream was reported to have reached an advanced stage but for some undisclosed reasons, the deal was not sealed. Sky's entry to the DBS market was hindered by various oppositions from the industry, citing legal issues and the slow growth of the pay TV market in the country. On December 23, 2015, Sky was granted by the NTC a provisional authority to operate and maintain a DBS service in 251 cities and municipalities in the country for a period of 18 months. Sky Direct offers both prepaid and postpaid packages with exclusive channels from ABS-CBN and Creative Programs such as ABS-CBN HD, ABS-CBN News Channel, ABS-CBN Sports+Action HD, Cinema One, Jeepney TV, Metro Channel, Liga, and Myx. As of the March of 2019, Sky Direct has over 1 million subscribers.

PBA Rush

PBA Rush is a 24/7 exclusive channel of Cignal, which has been currently airing games of the Philippine Basketball Association. The channel is patterned after NBA TV and was launched on July 5, 2016. The 3-year partnership agreement between Cignal and the PBA was signed on July 17, 2016 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, 2 days after the opening of the 2016 PBA Governors' Cup.

One News (Philippines) News channel

One News is a Philippine pay television news channel owned by MediaQuest Holdings through its subsidiary Cignal TV. It was launched on May 2018 exclusively on satellite provider Cignal. One News is the first Cignal channel launched under the One branding, along with the sports channel One Sports and Filipino-language news channel One PH.

5 Plus Philippine television network

5 Plus was a commercial sports-centric terrestrial television network in the Philippines. It is a joint venture of Nation Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) and TV5 Network, Inc., both under PLDT media arm MediaQuest Holdings. 5 Plus is currently carried through analog UHF channel 41 in Metro Manila, as well as in Cebu and Davao via UHF channel 29, and other relay stations; as well as on DWET-TV's digital terrestrial subchannel channel 5.2 in Metro Manila. One PH is the third Cignal channel launched under the One branding, along with the English-language news channel One News and sports channel One Sports.

Cignal TV, Inc., also known by its legal trading name Mediascape Inc., is a Filipino media and telecommunications firm in the Philippines. A wholly owned subsidiary of the media conglomerate MediaQuest Holdings under the PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund, the firm operates its pay television services, subscription television networks, and film entertainment production.
