Oneonta Armory is a historic National Guard armory building located at Oneonta in Otsego County, New York, built in 1905 with a brick and stone castle-like structure. It was designed by State architect George L. Heins. It consists of a two-story administration building with an attached drill shed. The building features a 5-story octagonal tower at the southwest corner and a 2+12-story square tower at the northwest corner. [2]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. [1]

It is a rectangular, two story structure built of ransom ashlar block with central pavilions projecting on its north and south elevations. The main facade features a central pavilion with a tower rising above the roofline and terminating in a corbeled and crenellated parapet. It was designed by noted Syracuse architect Horatio Nelson White.

It is home to the 74th Regiment of the New York National Guard. Prior to its construction, the site was home to a 13.5 million gallon reservoir.

It is three story masonry building with an ornate facade of painted brick and terra cotta, built in 1906 in the Beaux-Arts style. A central tetrastyle pavilion in the Ionic order dominates the upper floors. In 1978 a neocolonial clock tower was erected on the roof. It housed the municipal government until 1980, when they moved to the Old Post Office building.

In 1997 it became home to the Upper Catskill Community Council of the Arts.

Footguard Hall was the headquarters and armory of the First Company Governor's Footguard of the state Connecticut, a ceremonial military company founded in 1771 and originally tasked with protecting the governor and state legislature. The hall is located at 159 High Street, in Hartford, Connecticut, in a Romanesque Revival brick building built in 1888. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 in recognition of the organization's history and its distinctive architecture. The First Company Governor's Footguard now uses the Governor William A. O'Neill State Armory at 360 Broad Street, Hartford, Connecticut.
