St. Mark's Baptist Church, formerly known as Methodist Episcopal Church of Highland Falls, is a historic Baptist church located in the village of Highland Falls, Orange County, New York. It was completed in 1900 and is a modestly scaled, one-story frame building on a limestone ashlar foundation. It features a corner steeple with buttressed corners, open belfry, and windows in the Gothic Revival style.
The Delphi Baptist Church, also known as Delphi Falls United Church, is a historic Baptist church located at Delphi Falls, New York, Onondaga County, New York. It was built in 1815 and is the only surviving nearly-original church in Onondaga County surviving from the Federal period. A very large, old, and well-lit church, it features large "twenty over twenty sash windows", consisting of 20 glass panes in each of upper and lower sashes.

Webster Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church located at Webster in Monroe County, New York. It is a large Greek Revival style cobblestone church building built in 1856. The building features an octagonal open domed belfry supported by eight Ionic columns. It has a veneer of small, rounded and uniform lake-washed cobbles. It is one of only 14 cobblestone church buildings in New York state, and of 106 cobblestone structures in Monroe County. The building was fully renovated in 1965.

The brick structure rests on a raised stone foundation and features a large front corner tower. The architects were Pierce & Dockstader of Elmira.
Sand Beach Church is a historic Reformed Church church located in the Town of Fleming near Auburn in Cayuga County, New York. It is a vernacular Romanesque Revival style brick structure built in 1854–1855 on the site of an earlier 1807 frame church. The church features a square bell tower that once stood 82 feet high, but was modified to its present form after a fire in 1935. The former church building was purchased by Sean Lattimore on August 3, 2007, for use by the nearby Springside Inn Restaurant. Adjacent to the church is a cemetery with burials dating to the early 19th century. On August 17, 1978; all of the assets of the Owasco Lake Cemetery Association, including both the former Sand Beach Cemetery and adjacent Owasco Lake Cemetery land parcels, were deeded to become owned by the Town of Fleming NY. Noted missionary Samuel Robbins Brown (1810–1880) served as pastor from 1851 to 1859 and in 1867 upon his return from Japan.

The Cook Memorial Building dates to the 1860s-1870s and is a two-story brick dwelling with a variety of Italianate style and late Victorian eclectic features.

The rectangular structure features a pedimented facade and open belfry decorated with finials. It was moved to its present location in 1879 and modified about 1930.

It was built in 1856 and is a small frame meeting house with modest Greek Revival style detailing. It features a small, reconstructed, bell tower and spire. The church cemetery includes the gravesite of Gustavus A. Neumann, founding editor of the New Yorker Staats-Zeitung.
Otsdawa Baptist Church is a historic Free Will Baptist church on City Road 8 in Otsdawa, Otsego County, New York. It was built in 1840 and is a one-story rectangular building, three bays wide and three bays deep. The building is of wood-frame construction with clapboard siding. It sits on a stone foundation with a gable roof in the Greek Revival style. The roof is surmounted by a two-stage tower with a small spire.

First Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church on Polin Road in Charleston, Montgomery County, New York. It is believed to have been built in the 1820s and remodeled during the 1860s. It is a rural vernacular wood-frame church executed in the late Federal / early Greek Revival style. The 1+1⁄2-story, heavy timber-framed structure features a square, hip-roofed bell tower. Also on the property are a cemetery, dry-laid stone wall, and receiving vault. The majority of the burials date to the early 19th century, since the church had been organized about 1793. The Charleston Historical Society acquired the property in 1978.
Riverside Methodist Church and Parsonage is a historic Methodist church and parsonage on Charles and Orchard Streets in Rhinecliff, Dutchess County in the U.S. state of New York. The church was built about 1859 and the parsonage about 1888. The church is a small, two-story, rectangular stone building in the Gothic Revival style. It features a steeply pitched gable roof covered in polychrome slate. It has an open-frame bell tower and is built into the side of a hill. The parsonage is a two-story, T-shaped frame dwelling topped by a cross-gable roof. Also on the property is a contributing garage.

Second Old School Baptist Church of Roxbury is a historic Baptist church building on City Rd. 41 in Roxbury, Delaware County, New York. It is a 2-story, three-by-four-bay wood-frame building constructed in 1832–1833. The interior features a traditional meeting house plan. Also on the property is a small frame outhouse built about 1870, a three-step fieldstone carriage step, and cemetery.
Seventh Day Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church located at DeRuyter, Madison County, New York. It was built about 1835 and is a two-story, rectangular frame meeting house, sheathed in clapboard and with a gable roof. It features a small projecting pavilion on the front facade and a multi-stage centered steeple. The church membership decided to close in 1991 and the building was deconsecrated in 2000. The building was subsequently acquired by the Tromptown Historical Society.
Lattingtown Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church located at Lattingtown, Ulster County, New York. The meeting house form building was built about 1810 during the Federal period. It is a two-story, heavy timber-frame structure with queen post and purlin roof framing. It was extensively renovated during the 19th century to add an eclectic blend of Gothic and picturesque-inspired elements. Also on the property is the church cemetery, with burials dating to 1817; privy; and stone walls.
