Greene County is located in the U.S. state of Missouri. As of the 2020 census, its population was 298,915. making it the fourth most-populous county in Missouri. Its county seat and most-populous city is Springfield. The county was organized in 1833 and is named after American Revolutionary War General Nathanael Greene.
North Tonawanda is a city in Niagara County, New York, United States. The population was 31,568 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Buffalo–Niagara Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city is named after Tonawanda Creek, its south border.

The South Main Street School is an historic school building at 11 Acushnet Avenue in the South End of Springfield, Massachusetts. Built in 1895, it is a good local example of Renaissance Revival architecture, and a major work of local architect Francis R. Richmond. It served as an elementary school into the 1970s, and has been converted to residential use. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Williamsbridge Reservoir was a natural lake measuring 13.1 acres (5.3 ha) just south of Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, New York. Specifically the body of water was located at 208th Street and Bainbridge Avenue. It was shaped like a saucer and was normally 41 feet (12 m) deep. Its water level dropped approximately 14 feet (4.3 m) in mid-August 1901. On April 3, 1934 Commissioner of Water Supply, Gas and Electricity, Maurice P. Davidson, proposed that it be offered to Robert Moses to be used as a park site. The reservoir had ceased to be used after 1919.

Atkinson Academy is a public elementary school at 17 Academy Avenue in Atkinson, New Hampshire. It is a part of the Timberlane Regional School District. Built in 1803, it is claimed to be the oldest standing co-educational school in the United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
The Clarksville Elementary School in Clarksville, New York, also known as Clarksville Grade School, is a Modern Movement-style building built in 1949. The design by Henry L. Blatner. Harry Blatner was an architectural success that was featured in nationwide publications and led to much change in how schools were designed. The application of bilateral lighting was one innovation. The school was closed after the 2010–11 school year. It is currently home to the Albany County Sheriff's Uniform Patrol Division.
Ceres School is a historic two-room school building located at Ceres in Allegany County, New York. It was built in 1855 and remodeled in 1893 with Italianate and Queen Anne style design elements. It is a one-story, gross-gabled frame building topped by a belfry. It is a surviving example of a late 19th-century schoolhouse, which served students from both Pennsylvania and New York. The school closed following World War II and used as a community center.

Springfield Center is located on New York State Route 80, 9.2 miles (14.8 km) north-northeast of the Village of Cooperstown. Springfield Center has a post office with ZIP code 13468, which opened on July 16, 1850.
Bruce-Monroe Elementary School at Park View is a bilingual elementary school in Washington, D.C. Named after Blanche Bruce and James Monroe, it has been located in the historic Park View School in the city's Park View neighborhood since 2008. It is part of the District of Columbia Public Schools.
Montour Falls Union Grammar School is a historic elementary school building located at Montour Falls in Schuyler County, New York. It was built in 1929, and is a two-story, T-shaped, Classical Revival style steel frame and brick building over a full basement. It features a Collegiate Gothic Tudor-arched opening flanked by buttresses and a stepped parapet. The school was closed in 1965, and has been rehabilitated into apartments and a day care. In 1965, the property was subsequently taken over by the County and has been known as the Rural Urban Center, housing County offices until 2008. It has been lovingly restored to include eight residential units and professional spaces. Nevertheless, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
Lincoln School is a historic elementary school building located at Hornell, Steuben County, New York. It was built in 1923–1924, and is a three-story, Neoclassical revival style dark brick building. It has a flat roof and brick and terra cotta trim. Attached to the main block is a two-story addition containing a combined gymnasium and auditorium. It served as a neighborhood elementary school until 1979 and as an office building until 2012.
Main School, also known as the Suffern Central School District Administration Building, is a historic school building located at Hillburn, Rockland County, New York. It was built in 1912, and is a two-story hollow tile and concrete building covered in stucco and set on a raised basement. The building features Colonial Revival style design elements and originally housed eight classrooms. In 1943, it was the focus of a prominent school desegregation battle, following the overturning of New York State's segregation law in 1938.
