The Albanian Volleyball Federation (FSHV) (Albanian : Federata Shqiptare e Volejbollit) is the head governing body for the sport of professional volleyball in Albania. It organises the first division, second division leagues and a cup competition.
The Albanian Volleyball Federation was found on 2 September 1945. In September 1949, the FSHV became a full-fledged member of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) and a member of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV). [1] Since October 2000 he is a member of the Balkan Volleyball Association (BVA).
The European Volleyball Championship of the Small Countries Association is a biannual sport competition for men's, women's and junior national teams. It is recognized and fully supported by the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) and organized by one of its zonal associations called CEV Small Countries Association, formerly Small Countries Division (SCD). Only national federations of the 15 countries which are members of the CEV SCA are eligible to participate in the tournaments.

It was founded in 1946 from the Albanian Federation of Volleyball, several days after the latter was formed. It is the top level volleyball league in Albania from its foundation. The team with the most championships are KV Tirana and Dinamo each with 20 championship trophies won.
The Albanian Volleyball Cup is the top annual national men's volleyball cup competition in Albania. It was founded in 1954 by the Albanian Basketball Association and the club with the most titles is Dinamo, who have won the competition on 18 occasions.
The BVA Cup is a volleyball competition contested by the respective national volleyball championship winning teams of nations in the Balkans. The tournament was founded in 2008 under the auspices of the Balkan Volleyball Association. The founders of the Balkan Volleyball Association are the volleyball federations of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Turkey. The winners of the BVA Cup get the right to play in the CEV Challenge Cup. The tournament is held in September and October.
Hande Baladın is a Turkish professional volleyball player. She started playing volleyball as middle blocker in the youth and junior teams of Eczacıbaşı Dynavit in Istanbul. Since 2014, she plays as opposite spiker. Baladın is a member of the women's national volleyball team, and wears number 7.
