Bacteriovoracales is an order of bacteria.
The Desulfuromonadaceae are a family within the Thermodesulfobacteriota.
The "Pelobacteraceae" are a bacterial family in the order Desulfuromonadales. The species are anaerobic and have a fermentative metabolism.
The Thermodesulfobacteriota are a phylum of thermophilic sulfate-reducing bacteria. They are a gram-negitive bacteria [1]
The Myxococcota are a phylum of bacteria known as the fruiting gliding bacteria. All species of this group are Gram-negative. They are predominantly aerobic genera that release myxospores in unfavorable environments.
Thermodesulforhabdus is an acetate-oxidizing bacterial genus from the order Syntrophobacterales. Up to now there is only on species of this genus known.
Desulfatirhabdium is a bacteria genus from the order Desulfobacterales.
Desulfoluna is a bacteria genus from the order Desulfobacterales.
Desulforegula is a bacteria genus from the order Desulfobacterales.
Geopsychrobacter is a genus of bacteria from the order Desulfuromonadales.
Geothermobacter is a thermophilic genus of bacteria from the order Desulfuromonadales with one known species.
The Silvanigrellales are an order of the phylum Bdellovibrionota. They include currently only the single family Silvanigrellaceae.
The Silvanigrellaceae are the only family of the order Silvanigrellales, of the class Oligoflexia.
Silvanigrella aquatica is a bacterial species of the phylum Bdellovibrionota. The type strain was isolated from the small lake Nonnenmattweiher located in the Southern Black Forest in Germany. This species is currently the only species in the genus Silvanigrella, which is the only genus in the family Silvanigrellaceae, which is the only family in the order Silvanigrellales. The order Silvanigrellales is one of only two orders in the class Oligoflexia. The type strain MWH-Nonnen-W8red is remarkable due to its low GC content, its pigmentation and its plastic morphology. Of further interest is the relative close relationship of S. aquatica to "Spirobacillus cienkowskii" known as pathogens of daphnids (Daphnia), which are commonly called water fleas. However, S. aquatica is assumed to be a non-pathogenic free-living species. The genome of the type strain was sequenced,
Silvanigrella is a genus of the phylum Bdellovibrionota. The genus currently contains two described species: Silvanigrella aquatica and Silvanigrella paludirubra.
Deferrisoma is a genus of bacteria from the phylum Thermodesulfobacteriota.
Bdellovibrionota is a phylum of bacteria.
The Desulfococcaceae are a family in the order Desulfobacterales.
The Desulfosarcinaceae are a family in the order Desulfobacterales.
The Syntrophales are an order of Thermodesulfobacteriota. they are a gram-negative bacteria[1] Acetate is converted by synthapales into acetyl-CoA, which can be used as a source of carbon and energy. Given that genes involved in fermentation were missing, this might then be channeled into gluconeogenesis.
The Geobacterales are an order within the Thermodesulfobacteriota.
