Iran has international borders with 13 sovereign countries, both on land and sea. It has a total of 5,894 km (3,662 mi) land borders with Iraq, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. [1] With a total of 2,440 km coastline, it has maritime borders with 6 other countries: Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman. [1] Iranian Turkey border has dug 376 kilometers moat along border , there is a four meters height concrete wall. [2]

In 2023 Iran lost territory due to misplaced Wall in Zabul. [3]

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Freeway 6 (Iran)</span> Road in Iran

Freeway 6 is a freeway in central and western Iran located in Markazi and Hamedan Provinces. It is about 175 kilometres (109 mi) long and it connects Saveh to Hamedan. The freeway was completely opened in winter (February) 2016. There are plans to expand the freeway towards Kermanshah and Khosravi near the Iraqi border and join Highway 5. The freeway runs parallel to Road 48.

Gol Gohar Sport Complex is the own sports complex of Gol Gohar Cultural and Sport Club based in Sirjan, Iran. The sports complex includes sports halls, an indoor swimming pool and a football stadium. The stadium is able to hold 3,200 people. It is the home venue of Gol Gohar Football Club.

Yaghma Golrouyi is an Iranian lyricist, poet, writer, and translator. Notable works by Golrouyi include "Khaste Shodam", "Royaei" (Dream), "Setareh" (Star), "Ziāfat" (Feast), and "Kuche Melli".

Nima Shafeghdoost was a 16-year-old Iranian student who became a casualty during the Mahsa Amini protests in Iran. He sustained injuries in Urmia and later, after being detained by security forces in Urmia, died.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Najatollah Ebrahimiyan</span>

Najatollah Ebrahimiyan holds a doctorate in law from France. He served as the spokesperson and a jurist member of the Guardian Council during the sixth term. In July 2013, he was elected as a jurist member of the Guardian Council by the representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly for a term of six years, remaining in his position until July 2019.
