Charles Pierce House is a historic home located the hamlet of Oak Hill in the town of Durham in Greene County, New York. It was built about 1840 and is a two-story, five-by-two-bay, central-hall, double-pile plan frame dwelling. It features a full two-story porch supported by 4 two-story fluted Ionic columns in the Greek Revival style. [2]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

It features a broad verandah along three sides of the main section. Additions were completed in about 1945 and 1965. The structure contains 60 guest rooms that could house up to 140 guests. Also located on the property is the owners residence / laundry, stable, small kiosks, pump houses, and storage huts.

Zadock Pratt House, also known as the Zadock Pratt Museum, is a historic home located at Prattsville in Greene County, New York. It was originally built in 1828 as a two-story, five-bay Federal style residence. It was substantially altered about 1856 with the addition of numerous architectural details reminiscent of the romantic, picturesque tastes in mid-19th century America. It is a frame structure constructed of massive hemlock posts and beams over a stone foundation. It features broadly projecting eaves and a two-story portico supported by octagonal columns. Also on the property is the original well. It was the home of Zadock Pratt (1790–1871), founder of Prattsville. It has operated as a house museum since 1959. In 2011 the ground floor was damaged heavily by Hurricane Irene.

The complex includes the Tripp House, the Original Tripp Store and 1888 Tripp Store, a barn, Outhouse, and two outbuildings / sheds. The house is a 2-story, five by two-bay, central hall, single pile plan brick dwelling. It sits on a stone foundation and is surmounted by a steep gable roof. The 1888 Tripp Store is a four- by eight-bay, ​2 12-story wood frame commercial / residential structure. It features a 2-story Victorian-era porch. It incorporates the Original Tripp Store, a 2-story timber frame building, as a rear storage section.

The Parsonage is a historic home located at Oak Hill in Greene County, New York. The house was built about 1815 and is a two-story, heavy timber framed, five bay gable roofed dwelling modified about 1840 and about 1870. Also on the property is a carriage barn with board and batten siding. From 1868 to 1973 it served as the parsonage for the nearly Methodist Episcopal church.

It is a ​1 12-story, heavy timber-frame rectangular house with a central chimney. It is five bays wide and two bays deep on a stone foundation. It was built for William Torry, an American Revolutionary War veteran and one of the town's early settlers. It was purchased by Phares Chittenden in 1830.
