Silliman Memorial Presbyterian Church was a historic Presbyterian church located at Cohoes in Albany County, New York. The complex was built in 1896–1897 and consisted of a church, a church house, and a manse. The Romanesque style church was a square structure constructed of brownstone and brick with an engaged tower at each corner. It featured various gables and turrets on the roof covered in slate. The church house was a 2 1⁄2-story, Richardsonian Romanesque–style building. The manse was a 2-story stone residence with a Tudor arch doorway. The complex was demolished in 1998.
The First Presbyterian Church of Far Rockaway, formerly known as the Russell Sage Memorial Church, is a historic Presbyterian church in the Far Rockaway neighborhood of Queens in New York City. It was commissioned by Olivia Slocum Sage as a memorial to her late husband, Russell Sage (1816–1906), as they used to summer in the area. She also commissioned a large, memorial stained glass window of a landscape, designed by Tiffany Studio.

First Presbyterian Church of Avon is a historic Presbyterian church located at East Avon in Livingston County, New York. It is a three- by six-bay Federal style brick building, approximately 46 feet by 60 feet. The center of the principal elevation features a three-story bell tower surmounted by a six sided, broached spire. Construction of the building started in 1812 and it was dedicated in 1827. In 1866 the existing church was renovated and the present tower added.

It is a Greek Revival–style edifice built in 1852. The main block of the building is four bays long and three bays wide, constructed of red brick on a sandstone foundation. It features a three-stage tower with an octagonal drum from which the spire rises. The main worship space has a meeting house plan with a three sided upper gallery supported by fluted Doric columns.

It is a Gothic Revival–style edifice designed in 1871 by Rochester architect Andrew Jackson Warner. It is built of Albion sandstone and trimmed with white Medina sandstone. It features a single stone bell tower and spire at the northeast corner beside the main entrance. It was the third home for Rochester's oldest congregation. It is now home to the Central Church of Christ.
Brick Presbyterian Church Complex, now known as Downtown United Presbyterian Church, is a historic Presbyterian church complex located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The complex includes the Brick Church and Church School, attached Brick Church Institute building (1909–1910), and Taylor Chapel (1941). The Brick Church and Church School was designed in 1860 as an Early Romanesque Revival–style edifice by Rochester architect Andrew Jackson Warner (1833–1910). His son, J. Foster Warner (1859–1937), modified the church structure to the Lombard Romanesque form in 1903.

It was built in 1825 and the sanctuary is a rectangular, two story frame structure measuring 56 feet (17 m) by 34 feet (10 m). It is sheathed in wood shingles and covered by a gable roof. It features an engaged, square tower surmounted by a tiered, balustraded belfry. The tower has a Palladian window at its second level.

It is an imposing temple front Greek Revival style structure built in 1849–1850. The church is a 61 feet by 57 feet, gable roofed brick structure that is dominated by a monumental, pedimented portico supported by five massive, fluted Doric order columns. A tripartite bell tower crowns the roof ridge.

Brick Chapel Church and Cemetery is a historic Presbyterian church and cemetery located at Canton in St. Lawrence County, New York. The church was built in 1858 for the local Methodist congregation, who merged with the Presbyterians in the 1910s. It is a 40 feet by 56 feet brick structure resting on a raised ashlar limestone foundation. It features a large, square engaged bell tower on the front facade. Also on the property is a cemetery with burials dating to 1809.

German Presbyterian Church and Hortonville Cemetery, also known as Hortonville Presbyterian Church, is a historic Presbyterian church and cemetery located at CR 121 and CR 131 in Hortonville, Sullivan County, New York. The church was built about 1860 and is a one-story, rectangular wood frame building, 27 feet long and 41 feet wide. It features a steep gable roof with two stage tower and small spire. The cemetery is located about a quarter mile from the church and contains approximately 100 stones. The cemetery contains the stone foundation of the original meeting house.

Allen had previously worked in the Boston-based partnerships Allen & Kenway (1878–91) and Allen & Vance (1896-98), which executed Lathrop House (1901) and Davison House (1902) at Vassar College. The firm was known for its Gothic Revival design work.
