History

Chinghee Creek State School opened on 26 February 1912. It closed in December 1973. [3] The school was at 495 Chinghee Creek Road ( 28°16′51″S152°58′59″E / 28.2808°S 152.9830°E / -28.2808; 152.9830 (Chinghee State School (former)) ). [4]

In the 2016 census, Chinghee Creek had a population of 30 people.
